I recovered from a 7 year battle with Crystal Meth addiction because of this video, I am 2 and half years clean now... Thank you. I have my old job back as an Electrical Foreman, and have my kids back in my life and a good relationship with my family and my ex-wife, and I owe a lot of it to Joe Dispenza's method of retraining the brain.
Update: 5 years clean! Working towards getting my ultralight pilots license to be able to fly paramotors! What a journey. I’m designing a life I never dreamed was possible.

I could never break the chains of my old self even being clean 5 years and my brother committing suicide 7 years ago, last year my mind had completely deteriorated till the point I was suicidal everyday in and out of doctors, but last year I decided to try and get better for my son as he is my whole world and like myself again that's when I found Joe about 6 months ago reading his book breaking the habit of being yourself and listening to him speak especially the past month I am changing to a more evolved human I forgave myself for all the guilt I held inside and finally let my brother go and be at peace I cried meditating saying goodbye but with a smile on my face , thank you so much Joe your work has made me feel happiness for the first time in as far as i can remember you have saved my life and kept my son having his dad around

Wow!!!🎉🎉🎉 2005 my late husband 's brother commented suicide....my husband didn't say a word to me. But over the next year in a half he shut down. He was staying home with our son. I thought he was depressed because of not working and that was the question I kept asking him. He kept getting ill the 3rd illness was cancer and after 6 years of cancer battles he passed away.
I found out about the book the Emotion code and have used it a great deal. I haven't done the work here but maybe I should.
I have guilt for not seeing what really was going on. It really hit me when Iran across Dr. Joe here and Dr Bradley Nelson that is a way to help ourselves and our friends and family. Well if they will be open to it.
Thank you for sharing and I wish you well

Teachers are not taught to teach such deep concepts.until they reach the University level...I agree, these concepts should at least be offered in to graduating elementary students..bit even then parents would be up in arms..no..you have to read on your own, out of the box...what if the www went down, or became too expensive to operate ... wouldn't a book with his concepts be the greatest...I just looked him up and he has done exactly that..when the student is ready the master appears..he also has a few free pdf's to download...

I love when he talks about treating your body like a dog. Literally tell your body, "No we are going to sit here and be still." The brain controls everything in the body. You control your mind you control your life.
My dad is an Apostle and we were talking about these concepts yesterday. He said something that made me think and I wanted to share it with you. When you think of new thought or you hear a new sermon or you find something you want to implement, you think about it and think about it, but it wont stick unless it settles in your heart. The brain controls EVERYTHING, but the one thing it can't completely control is the heart. I think about how when the heart stops beating, the brain and everything else will stop. But when the brain is disconnected from the heart, such as someone pronounce brain dead, your heart will continue to beat. God made us perfect in his image and I believe what you think over and over again gets planted in your heart and what you believe in your heart resonates in your spirit and gets projected into the universe. Knowledge like magnets and electromagnetism, chemotherapy, jet fuel, electricity, these things were seen as magic and esoteric/occult because no'one understood, even though many of the daily things we do, were taking advantage of laws of the universe. I have been living my life in the past and hadn't even realised that I'm addicted to the feelings of guilt and fear. During this podcast I really looked into myself and asked why? I justify the guit I feel about some past events, and I'm talking about way in the past, even back to my childhood and I'm now in my fifties! I tell myself that somehow it's honourable to feel guilty, it shows that I'm remorseful and that I care about the mistakes I made. Listening to Joe speaking I can clearly see that my way of thinking is nothing short of ridiculous and self sabotaging! Wow, I really want to rewire my brain and rid myself of this cycle of negativity, that has been my life! Thank you so much for the opportunity to hear this information ❤ peace and light to all ❣💫

Looking back i think i was not fully prepared for how to deal with all of the unconscious people i had in my life that were my best friends and family because i longer wanted to be around the same people and felt alone in a way. Don't let this discourage you as it is the best thing that can happen to a person in a lifetime i just think it is important for you to learn to not be bothered be how unconscious the people around you are, the best think you can do is have compassion for them.

I'm glad you talked about kids on this episode. I realized way too late that my anxiety had a huge impact on my children. My oldest is 32 and she has major anxiety just like I did and I hope to teach her how to become more aware and loving with herself as I become more aware and loving with myself. 💜 I wish more parents realozed what an influence they have on their children.

I also had a lot of anxiety growing up, from my Mom’s side of the family. I tried not to pass on to my daughter, but she does have anxiety, though she pushes through it and reaches her goals. Hey, maybe 🤔 all our past generations of mothers running from the T-Rex 🦖 are why our daughters are alive today!

You know, I've always had this belief, ever since I can remember, that I control the health of my body simply because I think it. I don't know where this "belief" came from. I just knew there had to be more to our existence than meets the eye. I've always thought how bad of a design we, as humans, would be if we couldn't heal ourselves by ourselves. This interview conformed so much for me, I've gotta start meditating. Dr. Joe, you've got a follower for life here!

I have struggled with active addiction for many years and I can tell you that this is the truth. The body was living in the past and the fear of the unknown kept me chained to that certain past which was unmanageable and completely toxic to my life. It wasn't until that I had reached the end of the road. What a wonderful experience this is to know that the Universe and God can now be understood and change is possible and necessary. The Vision of the future is what now helps me to move forward. The excitement of the future now outweighs the pain and guilt of the past. I have been clean for 4 years and I have hit a roadblock recently with starting my own business in this Covid-19 environment but this has helped me to look within first before moving forward. Thank you Dr. Joe for giving us the science of the Spirit!

@@EdMylettShow The one part that stood out the most was the conversation on gratitude around the 15:20ish mark, and how you start with feeling just a small bit of gratitude at first to break the pattern. It is an area of my life I feel I am lacking currently (feeling gratitude). The whole conversation is littered with wisdom that resonates deeply with me, and the struggle is consciously adapting it by breaking hold habits via the will. I feel this unstoppable machine deep inside me capable of amazing works, and the only thing holding me back is myself.
