Shotgun is definitely a great band. I also rank them right up there with Tuba Skinny. To me Tuba Skinny is a "tighter" band and Shotgun is more entertaining and involved with the audience, thanks to Marla. It's all a matter of taste.

Tupelo sometimes makes cool cameo visits to videoland- either scratching an ear with a hind leg or cleverly hiding in the shade pretending to be a sleeping trombone case (or dreaming--ask Barnabus ) Gotta love that dog. x

Amazing sound quality for UA-cam video recorded live in a club. Of course Tuba Skinny, the greatest traditional jazz band alive, always sounds good!
