I purchased a red one in August and I haven’t been to the gas station since. It’s fast and so smooth, I’m in love. I sold my 2002 Rave4 to get this. There is another one in my area so I am not alone.
@@MrBobbyBrown2006check southern ca dealers. Plenty available. Took her TRD Camry in , and they had one with no wait. The disappointment was the way it drove.
I've bought 2 in the past 2 years. First one got totaled when someone rear-ended me. They are out there and available, you just have to be willing to look out of state.
I have a RAV4 Prime and its great. It can use some improvements. It could count the number of hours the engine had been ON to announce when the next oil change is due, instead of the number of miles, and set a six month reminder if it comes first. Also, it would be nice to add a feature where the battery and engine are used at the same time instead of switching back and forth in the Auto button option. It would also be great to have a battery large enough to last 100 miles for long trips. In addition, I had to disconnect my phone from the car because reports came out that driving data was being sold to car insurance companies, so, I can't really enjoy all the features the car has to offer. I lost trust right there. Everything else is good.
Imagine switching to something like this from my 1997 Toyota Camry LE. Will these new Toyota vehicles really last as long as my 1997 Camry now with almost 1/2 a million on the odometer and still going strong and gets me to where I am going. Apart from the weakened heating system in the winter months up here in the North, everything else works great..Toyota used to make the best cars in the world that really work and and were worth buying. I hope the new ones too will last this long or at least half as long
If you’re looking for a sustainable vehicle, the Toyota bZ4X is an awesome choice. It brings all the benefits of electric driving with the reliability Toyota is known for.
Rav4Prime is on my short list, but so is the Model Y Long Range in inventory it can get between $2500-5,000 inventory discount plus instant $7,500 point of sale Federal tax credit in stock now for $36,500-39,000. Tesla Fremont and Austin factories are cranking them out and selling them like hot cakes. Prime is hard to find and when you find one its usually above MSRP.

Rav4 Prime is a ghost. You hear about them, never see one. Prime should be standard on all Hybrid!!!
Then you'd see no RAV4's at all lol. I hope toyota finds ways to make more batteries to meet the demand.
Well said.

Prime's 2 year future: Solid State Batteries and a 55+ mile range. 40+ mpg on highway and a range pushing over 600 miles per tank?
@@samlyda7558 2 years from now?
Thank you for another excellent video. As I said yesterday, my sister, Missy bought the 2023 RAV4 Prime SE last week.
It’s so sporty and environmental friendly ❤❤❤
Wishing they would add another thirty miles on the battery pack. I would only need a little gas every couple months.
That would be perfect for never using gas in my daily commute
I was on the wait list for a year and a half before getting a call that they had one for me
Two years for me and waiting. I was 68th on the list, now I'm on 25th place. My dealer is only receiving 15 this year 😅😂.
Had to wait almost 3-years to get a call from the dealership to get my 2024 RAV4 Prime XSE + Premium Package. Finally, it’s on its way to Canada 🍁
You ordered a 2024 Prime, back in 2021?
@@escapetotheskylol they automatically upgrade you to the current year model and pricing (it went up $5k)
this is one of the quickest rav4 in the range 💖😍
Not "one of" but it is in fact THE QUICKEST Rav4 ever made and the second fastest car in Toyota's current lineup, just after the Supra.
@@davevolz6138 True, I own one and it drives like a toaster. Can't complain about the fuel economy though.
2021 model shown. What’s the point of this 2024 video?
Why even market this? You can't get it. 3 year waiting list.

What's the point of an overview video? You can't buy one anywhere
Sometimes you can't find one within 500 miles of where you live and even the used ones sell for more than the new ones. What the crap?
Lots available now
Best stylish reliability number 1

I LOVE Toyota!! I sure hope I have the money saved up in three years to buy a new Venza Limited.
I believe the Venza is discontinued, to be replaced by a trim of the Toyota Crown.
The Venza is officially dead, the Crown Signia took its slot.

Ask a million cab drivers who have half a million miles on their hybrids if modern Toyotas are reliable.

Install a 2.5 TURBO engine on Toyota Rav4 Prime
And a generator of 250 horsepower
