Been to japans large cities their taxi drivers As much as 80 percent drive older crowns. This should tell you that this is a wise choice that will be around a long time. I am a supra guy myself but this is a very good choice
...as well as a better exterior color selection-in Japan and in the Middle East, one could buy a Crown Crossover with Bronze Age Metallic as a single solid color instead of bi-tone.
We just bought on XLE that replaced our 2016 Prius. Our Prius was destroyed when a person Tboned me in a full sized suv going 60 mph. Thanks to the Prius safety features, I was relatively unhurt (lots of bruises, broken ribs) We are loving our Crown. Its gorgeous and REALLY comfy ride (especially for broken ribs)
I love the crown especially the platinum. But I have one complaint. For the high cost why it's not in a 6 cylinder. I love a 6 cylinder car. But I know it's a turbo. But the cost of this car is out of my lead. I just keep driving my 2003 camry.
Im surprised the dark color on top. I thought the white on top of school buses (keeps things cooler) as well as many FJ Cruisers had white tops! The dark color looks modern...but holds the heat!?

Previous Gen has long hood shape. This one is shorter. It doesn't look like that it came from a Crown DNA. Design is not consistent. Yes it's a awesome looking car.

This is a Toyota Crown, not a Hennessy Venom F5. Toyotas are meant for everyday comfort use and daily driving not for damaging the engine because you are at 6000+ rpm at the gear's top speed
Wow u all know nothing about this car I work at the biggest dealership in my state and the crowns are being returned cause of bag mags and faulty sensors some guy was paying 1100$ a month for the car
