    The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

    Thanks for another great video! I'm pregnant, so my improvement has temporarily stalled, but I'm not giving up! Still checking my Snellen daily, getting distance active focus, print pushing when I'm reading or on my phone, patching my stronger eye when I read, and judiciously using plus for some closeup (not all). Hoping for giant gains once baby is OUT! 😄

      Everyone is watching you...! 👁👁
      I got into vision improvement with similar starting conditions to yours, so if you ever make it out of glasses, that would be a big motivation! If you could get your husband to post another update, that would be really interesting too!

      VandroiyIII He is actually getting ready to order new reduced contacts and glasses (we were just discussing this last night, actually), so once he gets those, I'll try to talk him into doing another update. 😊

    Its a simple thing,but only after one gets a strong idea of the process.
    In this industrial age of quick fixes,firstly the human brain must be trained to understand that natural processes takes time...
    If one is at it and if one sees at least some improvement,then that must be the driving force.....The eye always wants to come back to its default state...just like our whole body and brain which we have fucked up

    Once you see a little bit of blur late in the day, you've reduced low enough to start out. If it's hardly anything then you should be able to improve to clear in as little as a few weeks. Then reduce and it should give you a full 0.25 challenge. Wear those until clear and repeat. Clear is when you see just as well as you do with the previous pair. When you think you are there check your current pair and your previous pair that is 0.25 stronger with the snellen and outdoor late in the day (or time of day when your eyesight is weakest). This worked for me.

    There should be a scientific study on this active focus to improve vision but people don’t want to because why research when you can wear glasses?

  • @KentPetersonmoney

    For the past year since I started doing active focus I been looking at this sign outside my window trying to clear it. Was using -5.75 in my right eye and -5.5 in my left. Now I'm wearing -4.75 in both eyes. I can clear it up at times. going to go to the eye doctor in July to confirm if this actually work or if it's all in my head. If they give me a lower prescription then what I had before then I'll know it's not bullshit lol.

  • @ArtofGabe

    Is this possible without glasses at all? Like if I do active focusing but just increase distance by using street signs and stuff.

    I bake cakes without recipes. Improvisation gets to new inventions.
    For me reading too much stuff about natural eye improvement somehow discourage me from doing anything of it ALL. Lot of times I feel overwhelmed with that masive information on this subject. More and more specialists in eye self-healment segment are showing up with their own recipes that promise fast (or not fast but EFFECTIVE) results with this and that...just by this and that and follow the guides.
    I believe that I have to concentrate just on one method and do that, and only with time slowly expand my investigation in this exciting field. Maybe should start with most simple Bates steps - eye movement, palming and sunning in the morning and just looking in the distance everytime I can.
    Also (as I am trying to 'bake' this 20/20 cake) in my morning body&eye excersise routine I add up my own spices. I find helpfull cold showers (straight as I wake up) that (I can guess) improves overall blood circulation in the body and eyes as well. Just sayin.

    You were in China this time? Noticed the sign behind you.
    Actually I do a lot of Active Focus work for about 4 months but nothing gained which is really frustrating... Got two pair of glasses, normalized and differential. I only use differential for closeup work, rest my eyes for 5 min every 20 min work.
    Maybe I did something wrong.

    Jake what do u mean about stimulus and positive stimulus improves eyesight?

    • @raini0705
      @raini0705 5 років тому +1

      Stimulus is something that stimulates your eyes to adjust. Positive stimulus is opposite of minus stimulus. Minus stimulus is what is causing myopia so if you give it positive stimulus it will theoretically cause your eye to respond in the opposite way and hopefully improve your vision. That's how I interpret the info.

    I have a question I hope that you answer. Please do. I have worn glasses since at least age 8, now double nickel. I have always taken good care of my eyes. Even going to the eye doctor. Now they can't tell me for sure if I have glaucoma. I have read some studies that they claim myopia is growing at a sustainal rate. I have been working on improving my eyes to get out of glasses. Started at OD 3.25 1.75 OS 4.00, 1.25 now wearing OD 2.00, .75 OS 2.50, .75. This accomadates active focus for distance. I wear weaker lenses for close up, or none. My question is will this also inprove the health of the eye, say reverse glaucoma? As the last time I saw the witch doctor he caused so much eye pain, (I believe eye trauna) that I had to wear dark lenses for over thirty days. Then when out doors for my exercise, I could see what is called tabbaco floaters, never seen those before. I believe he was trying to cause eye problems. Then still don't really know if I have or had glaucoma. They did prescribe drops I can't take.

    Hi everyone. I have low myopia (-1.25 both eyes) I just can't find cheap source of glasses so I'm looking for the alternative. I thought about not wearong glasses for one Day and next day wearing glaases which gives me 20/20 vision and so on and so on. Is it the Right way to still improving eyesight and not get blury adaptation? Sorry for my Language mistakes. Thanks for every reply.

    • @wypimentel
      @wypimentel 6 років тому +2

      It's easier and faster to improve when people have a lot of diopters, for example 6 to 4, it's 2 diopter of improvement, that means a improvement of 33.3%, improve 1.50 to 20/20 it's a 100% improvement, that's what you have to bear in mind.
