The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

Greatly appreciate these motivational videos Jake (with much better audio too)! And thank you Dave and all the participants who have taken part - you are all incredible people! Jake, if you could interview a young participant who works (typically 9-5pm) and has gone back to 20/20 vision from being highly myopic, then that would be very encouraging to see how they managed with screen addiction or close-up work.

Wonderful interview! I recall reading ona post not too long ago from someone who suggested to think about passive focus instead of active focus. It might have been Dave. So when I took a walk today, that is what I did- just let my eyes look into the distance and focus themselves.
And thumbs up Jake for less "likes", lol. At least you don't do the "ya know"verbal tic.

Can I just totally disagree with your: ‘I don’t even like my face on screen in general’ (19:17) You are pretty damn photogenic! (You are teaching us using our eyes, right? So that’s what I’m doing - when you’ll get to the ‘edge of ugly’ promised I’ll let you know 🤓)
