Perfect video, I got this trailer from Costco, and watched your video honestly with your beautiful explanation and instructions the process was a piece of cake, however Costco or whatever company they work with did not send enough washers as you have show in your video, I have to get appropriate washers and it definitely makes sense to use washers on both sides of the bolts, thank you very much for the video, I am giving you 10 out of 10 (I am a teacher trainer)...
If you buy this in Pennsylvania you will have to have a special vehicle inspection done to get a plate. It’s recorded as a home made vehicle because you assembled it.
That's good to know. The trailer includes a certificate of origin which can be used to obtain a title, along with the proof of purchase. The exact licensing procedure will vary from state to state. www.etrailer.com/Trailers/Detail-K2/K2MMT5X7.html
We don't have a video specifically for that trailer, but we do have a video showing how to replace/repack the specific bearing kit for that trailer which will tell you everything you need to know. The bearing kit is part # BK1-150, and I'll link the video for you below: www.etrailer.com/tv-install-truryde-bearing-kit-inner-outer-bearings-bk1-150.aspx www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Bearings-Races-Seals-Caps/etrailer/BK1-150.html
1) bolts were not 19mm they were 22mm for the leaf springs. 2) safety chain is now one long single chain with two hooks on either end. Bolts do not go through, only wraps around one bolt on side where there are no wires to the coupler. 3) One plate in my kit for leaf springs had holes that were offset and not square to the plate, driller of those 4 holes must have had a few, beers before drilling.....4) * No zip ties come with the kit to hold wires back. 5) Fenders now come with two separate braces for each side, not welded one piece braces in this video. 6) Was missing EIGHT (8) washers from the kit. Some washers for the leaf springs, tongue tubes and 2 for the coupler were NOT in the bag !!! 7) Tongue Tubes only had one hold for each end not two. Had to make two trips to a hardware store, luckily they didn't close until 7pm. Will update when finished. Had to quit for the night.

Do you remember how much was the price?
Same w Home Depot, Did NOT send Enough Washers but everything thing was intact including the Box, so I believe its a manufacturing issue.
Perfect for anyone who bought the same trailer.
Thank you for the feedback! We love to hear it!

Can you please upload a video on wheel bearing maintenance for this? Owners manual doesn’t include instructions. Just says “Google it.”

Are the bolts grade 8? Looks like some of the wiring would be better protected
