Fresh Tossed Salad with Chicken & Balsamic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
⅛ teaspoon salt
Tossed Salad:
200 grams iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
200 grams romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 piece red onion, sliced and separated
1 piece big tomato, sliced
1 piece cucumber, sliced
1 piece bell pepper, cut into short strips
1 piece carrot, thinly sliced with a peeler
150 grams cheese of your choice, cut into cubes
Chicken:
600 grams chicken breast, boneless & thinly sliced
2 tablespoons salted butter
salt & pepper to taste
