Angel Food Cake

¾ cup (90 grams) powdered sugar
1½ cups or 9-10 egg whites
1½ teaspoons cream of tartar
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup (150 grams) granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
whipped cream & berries to top (optional)
