Starting or basic price is $700,000.
After add all options, water falls & etc it will be more than $ 1mil.
It's sorta misleading....you have to factor a additional 20-30 percent extra. I've checked out some Vegas properties and the upgrades actually doubled the price of the home
Very nice property just a little misrepresented. Folks Los Angeles County is a very large place. The area they are talking in this video is about 45 minutes to an hour from downtown ... 45 minutes from Hollywood. Double that for non-covid days! Our property values here in California are just ridiculous.
Or triple that time when you have heavy traffic, forget when you have an accident!

No chance of expanding the freeway. Traffic hasn’t changed in decades.
I have coworkers who lives out there, about twice a year they can’t make it to work due to freeway closure caused by fire.
But it’s better than living in Hollywood or Downtown imo. The drive is worth the peace of mind. It’s beautiful, clean and quiet. People are so nice. I live in Santa Clarita, as you can tell. 😂 But Santa Clarita is a great decision.

I'm Digging this house so much! Very Beautiful and The price is Even more Affordable. I like that kitchen so spacious....that backyard with the pool with the hot tub waterfall was great, Awesome area to lounge in. This house looks more grand than what you see from the outside...This house is impeccable, I'm grateful you shown us this one. I love the led lighting beneath the cabinets in the kitchen. Love the countertops on the grill! Great landscaping. The private wall is cool as well. FIRE PIT🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥on a cold windy day. Water feature on the hot tub is incredible. Cool house Darren🚀

No so keen on all the fancy woodwork on the walls - Great for collecting dust ! - Much prefer just plain walls - Lick of paint - Slap a bit wallpaper up ! - Paintings posters prints much easyier to change when you get fed up ! - Rest of the house is beautiful - Gonna research area !

I love the price for this home at the time it was filmed! I can't help but wonder how much this house costs now, 10 months later seeing as how prices for homes have been rocketing up this year?

You're very gullible, aren't you? This property was never $700k to begin with. This is a model house and a many, if not all, of the features you see in the video are upgrades. After all is said and done you are looking at paying over and above the $million mark. This is psychological pricing used as a ploy to lure in unsuspecting buyers.

Very nice size for the price. I would have preferred a slightly more modern style of interior material choices since that costs nothing and is free value essentially but pretty great.

Literally , a small house with small old rooms no renovations, and no land, cost 800+ out here .. this is a gem, easily 2.5 million for this in the more costly areas

If you have to commute anywhere much past Burbank/Glendale on the 5, Studio city on the 170, or sherman oaks on the 405 I would really decide if the commute is worth it anything past will be more than 30 mins guaranteed and that's living near the freeway

This is the model home. Everything this home has is not including in your home, you have to pay extra (a lot) to get these features. So its more than 700k...
This home has a good price for it's quality. I really like this one. Especially for the fact that it's less that 1 million.

If you dont mind where you live, but still consider it "la county" then yes, amazing home and price... if you dont have much visitors or mind the drive and a homebody, I'd love this home. But my life family and friends are in LA LA.. and you can't even get a decent fixer without a bidding war :(

not really unless you live in the outskirts and it sucks out there. if you want in the city near the action it is exactly this size for the same price or more

As soon as I saw the title I knew they were full of it lol. But it's Los Angeles COUNTY so that seems enticing to someone not from here.
It was city of LA it changed in 1986 when it became its own city. Currently granada hills is the farthest north community still part of the city of los angeles. Santa clarita starts with Newhall about 7 miles north of los angeles and 30 Miles north of downtown

@@jasonmarch1983 Actually Santa Clarita was never part of the City of LA. Before it became a city, it was a community within unincorporated Los Angeles County. It had no mayor and most services were determined or run by the County.
@@jprk213 haha it's not that deserted... it has a higher population than Glendale, and huntington beach, it's up there around the 100th largest city in america. I think there is around 225k. 250k if you add the unincorporated areas in the valley

Price he mentioned is probably the base price so all the extra nice flooring, counters, walls, etc are upgrades. Model homes that are sold don’t come with furniture.

Some people have been rude with their comments on this site but I think the house is definitely worth it's money.........People say it's 45 mins to an hours drive from the city of Los Angeles but that is what it is like in N.Y. and here where I live in Australia. Australia's two major citiy's prices have got out of control in this price is modest compared to that. It looks a lot like my home but our new homes are often longer and slimmer to fit on slimmer blocks to save on building longer streets.......It's a physics thing and it saves the builders money on roads.

hi there is me Xee again i judge and comment on the basis of my experience What i believe its always been wise to give honest option for every cuz we all think good for our selves why not for other too. Now the kitchen is nice i do like the shelf space, but i dint like the light fixture at all and the central counter in the kitchen should have water fall edges and the back splash should be bit better , now i dint like the steps in the out side area it should have been leveled as we grow older steps are a hurdle so it should have been leveled, bed room are on the smaller side not spacious, master is kinda okay not luxurious but it will do! Again the bath Tub is every one need into the master En suit . Thnx

Not everything in california is expensive. Central california is generally the same price as the rest of the U.S if you live away from the coast.

Price is great, very good taste. The only bad is bathroom with shower head inside bathtub with shower curtain. This is the kind of thing you find in cheap apartment complex. I live in one. It cheapens the place.
I always look at these house tour videos and watch ones that are like less than 750k because in my mind it's more affordable/possible and start seeing myself living in them like I can actually afford 'em either way 😂
