I’ve been watching a ton of Las Vegas real estate videos and when I saw the photo I assumed it was another Nevada home. I saw the price and almost spit out my food. Then I read it was LA and I was like ahhh now that makes sense.

Bro it's not just about the house. The location is also part of the equation of pricing. Considering it's in LA makes it worth it. My Aunt got a house for 1 million dollars and it's not even that big.

This house is lovely
I LOVE the fact that the pool doesn't take up the entire backyard. So many smaller homes that are built in "the valley" ( Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana) always end up with these small backyards and baby swimming pools that take up what little space there is. But with this property you get a pretty decent size pool along with a nice grassy area and the large lower level for entertaining as well. That way ALL of your guests can spread out nicely and not have to be on top of each other. The builder did an excellent job here!
