    Kai Greene once shared a valuable piece of information regarding targeting biceps. When your shoulder & elbow is in line or behind your body you hit the long head of your bicep. Eg: excercises like barbell curl, dumbbell curl, inclined bicep curl etc. And when your shoulder and elbow is in front of your body you hit the peak of the bicep. Eg excercises like preacher curl, concentration curl etc.

    Hi This is Rohit Chaudhary, I am 38 now, I love to be fit but due to very hectic schedule since last 3-4 years I give very little time to fitness.
    I workout at home only. I have started taking fitness more seriously nowadays and regularly doing exercises.
    My question to you is " Does age play a factor when it comes to grow your body size specially biceps . I workout alternate days.
    I take vegetarian diet only.
