Nice video! I received my Xpedition last week. This is my first E-bike. Shipping was really fast and very easy to assemble. I'm very impressed with how the E-bike was put together. Once this Bay Area extended winter is over, I'm taking it out for a serious spin. Props to everyone at Lectric!

on the brake cleaning you should do both sides of the rotor, there will be dust debris and conformal coating on both sides. front and back rotors would need to be done. thanks.
You should redo this video as the stem and handlebars are not connected in shipment anymore, requiring more assembly. Also, the bike is packed differently and would not slide out of the box. Lastly, forgetting the tool for them stem assembly is ridiculous. Not happy to get bike a week after was noted and now waiting on special 5mm extended hex bit to come in the mail.
I bought it and it's just sitting in room for month after rear hub went off first time. No reimbursed for service that couldn't fix it, also they see potential problems in future with damage that happened when hub when out but no word from Lectric. My wife planned a trip for my 40th and bike was part of it, now we are going without bike in end.
Also you can't return it as it was used for month, but it looks it will take 11 months to talk to them and not fix it and then will be that my warranty is out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this bike, other than the fact the front tire came flat out of the box which had to be repaired before I could rode it. Two days later, I did a 25 mile bike ride and 55 miles total, tires were fine during the ride (also properly inflated to 30 psi) but four hours after getting back, I went to do another ride and the rear tire was flat Is there no "high dollar" inner tubes available for these? I'd still buy another one regardless of initial inconvenience. Thank you .
Hi there, there may be an issue with one of the spokes of your wheel protruding out of the rim and rubbing up against your tube, causing a puncture.

Could you explain the power levels and speed limits on PAS levels when bike is unlocked, eg class 3?
It’s explained in the manual, which you can download from their web site.
OOTB, the bike is class 2 (20mph maximum assisted speed). You can set it to class 3 (28mph max assisted speed). PAS 1 and 2 ship with their own speed caps, which are the same whether the bike is set as class 2 or 3. You can remove the caps for these separately from the bike class. I’ve removed it because I find PAS 1 and 2 sufficient for relaxed to mild riding effort most of the time. However, there is some surging behavior with that cap removed, which you can avoid by slowing pedaling rather than abruptly stopping pedaling, and also to stop pedaling before moving from PAS 1 to 0 (for tight, low-speed maneuvers or pedaling downhill), then resuming pedaling.

Just got my bike today, the front hydraulic rotor rubs when I spin the tire, what do I do?

This was a great video, with just one confusing part: determining which end of box to open.
Mentions a "punchflap" (?) which I never could locate. Big explanation about driveside and non-driveside (which has nothing to do with front of bike) with flopped drawing (mirror-image) showing driveside on WRONG side of bike. Huh!? Also confusing that the large bike image in center of box points the opposite direction of how bike eventually rolls out of box.
Much clearer to just say: "Locate handhold with cardboard backing (not styrofoam) and open that end." No need to even mention the drivetrain or "punchflap".
Finally found the punchflap! 😂 (good lighting helps 👍)

So Ive been riding this bike as a commuter because DoorDash does NOT support bike delivery in San Antonio, Texas. Yeah, I know. 7th largest city in America and DoorDash dosnt do bikes here. I watched the schedule to deliver on ebike on Doordash app for 2 weeks, and was only able to sign in to bike deliver for 30 minutes. I had to give up my freedom from being a delivery worker and get a time-clock job.
The REAL story I want to share is this;
My job is 9.6 miles away from my home. Mostly flat path to get there. On pas 5, with a 220 lb rider, another 4 or 5 lbs for my lunch, I am unable to make a round trip. I have to charge my bike at work.
The dual battery might have helped, but I dont have 14 hours to charge two drained batteries before I have to get up to get back to work.
HIGHLY disappointed with the exaggeration of the range.
Further more, after only 400 miles of riding, my rear brakes are shot, the front wheel wobbles, and the traction from the tires is not great.
Ive already had it slip out from under my on corners. On clean pavement.
I really like this bike, I appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that went into making this bike, and the price.
Im just disappointed that it fails at being as good as the adds and reviews make it out to be.
Also, I know it has been brought up in previous reviews, the lack of suspension is an issue. The few deliveries I was able to do (told the DoorDash app I was using a car) the rough ride actually caused drinks to spill. Not from tipping over, but from being jostled so hard the cups either ripped, or the lids popped off.
Just a heads up.
Good to know. Which exact model did you get? I’m 243lbs so my range will probably be ass on any model I’m assuming. I read the disclaimer and it said 50 miles for 180lbs payload on full throttle.

My ordered cargo bike still has not arrived after 2😮 months after Ipi paid for it. We've called about 5 times now and still no ebike at my door. There ebikes appear to be top notch but there service is really sucking.

My expedition came the same time this was released I am excited to go ride the the only thing is I have not found one video of the front and back black racks installed. I found one pic of a expedition and it looks like the back rack dose not go all the way to the back is that true and why. I guess I will have to wait till my basket gets delivered 😕
It does not - you'll likely need to get that Orbitor or make your own.

You might want to think about selling a tool kit. I don’t have either of those torque wrenches in my toolbox.
My seat absolutely will not stay tight and true. I haven't even ridden the bike yet. I've tightened and loosened the bolt almost 30 times.

Lectric said my bike would be here today. Its 6pm and no bike. This is over 2 months waiting after paying them for the cargo bike. So frustrating and pisses me off. Ive called 5 times at least. They said it was coming 2 weeks ago between a friday and sunday so i stayed home all weekend but no ebike arrived. I could have been doing other things with my life. This really sucks

That's the federal limit for eBikes! 😅 Anything beyond this speed turns into a different classification of a motor vehicle!
