Love your commentary, guys. You do a great job Will, but Kristin, you knock it out of the park. Charming, without being over the top and always dressed beautifully without all your stuff out. Well done. 😊
We ate at Oscar's on Thanksgiving day last year (which happened to coincide with my wife's birthday) - the place was full at 4:00 P.M. (with people lining up as we left). I had the bone-in ribeye myself - I thought it was great and cooked perfectly! My family had other dishes (like salmon) - they thought their dishes were great too. The view of Fremont Street at night really added to ambiance. Really, really love your steak videos - including your Las Vegas ones too! Thanks much, Kristin & Will!
Wow a lot to celebrate! There was actually a line when they opened when we went as well. It’s definitely a great restaurant that we’d highly recommend. The location can’t be matched. Thanks for watching!
Just ate there for the first time this past week. I had an 8oz filet, it was fabulous. Service was outstanding, and the overall value proposition is far better than the joints on the strip. Will definitely return!
Great content every week. Fun to watch you sample excellent cuisine each week, so we can enjoy it vicariously through you two. You both make it look so easy, and yet still maintain fit and good looking. Bravo...
Well done Kristin and Will! You were honest and fair which is all we can ask for. Your thoughts have given me a good idea on what Oscar’s is like. Must mention how l enjoy the camera work. Very crisp and professional. The bright lights of Vegas are very enticing …
Thank you! That’s what we strive for. Thanks! The lighting in here was perfect. Although it would’ve looked amazing at night with the lights of downtown!
I think Oscar's is great downtown. Really good food and value. The scene with DeNiro and Sharon Stone in "Casino" was filmed here. Try Barry's next!!! 😊
The wife and I were just there 2 weeks ago. OMG what a great meal I had. I ordered the 22 ounce (I think it was 22 ounces) bone in ribeye. Man, let me tell you it was the best steak I ever had. I wasn’t too happy with the sides we chose, but the steak was crazy good. When we go back, I will go back there.
@@travelfuller creamed corned and Mac & Oscar; I thought the creamed corn needed a little more sugar 😊. I’m from the South and let’s just say “we don’t make Mac & Cheese” the way Oscar’s does lol. You can tell they use top notch meat there. Next time we will try other sides.
Formerly known as the SayHiToMatthew skillet cookie 🤣 {RIP Bobby}😢 I love the rib cap steak, Oscar's Style with a crab and asparagus cream sauce! I haven't been since the remodel though!
We tried Oscars a couple of years ago & we were disappointed. I had seen some UA-cam videos & was pretty excited to try it. Like you, I felt the steak was bland, like everything else we ordered. The steakhouses I eat at here in Texas are better & half the cost. I understand it’s Vegas prices, but the food wasn’t great, especially for the price.
We watched some videos as well and honestly I think some of them might have been invited. We enjoyed it but the steak was certainly not one of the better ones we had. We’re hoping to plan a Texas trip soon! Have any good recommendations?
I’ve been to Oscar’s and you can get an Oscar upgrade with the steak which is bernaise sauce with asparagus and crab meat on top of the steak. Highly recommended.
Thanks for watching! We’ve been a bit carried away with steakhouses but we’re going to start posting different things soon. Thank you, we’ve been married for a little over a year!
Oscars looks like a cool place to get that old Las Vegas feel. A little disappointed to hear the steak could have been prepared better . Enjoyed the review. #Wulffdendad
Our thoughts exactly. I think it was just a slightly inferior steak which kind of explains the price difference. Not bad but not amazing either. The location and atmosphere was awesome tho!
$24.00 for a Hamburger? $14.00 for a brussels sprouts and creamed corn side? The $69.00 24 oz Ribeye? Does Not look like a 24 oz steak. Thank You! Convinced me NOT to visit Oscar's Steakhouse in Downtown Las Vegas!
@@christianpruss YES! Moved to Las Vegas, March, 1997, when it was inexpensive to go out and eat almost anywhere! Pricing at Steak Houses pricing are off the charts; no longer reasonably affordable for most.
@@rontoomey1187ahh! Yeah i just got back. The price gouging is out of control. I went to the Golden Steer a couple nights ago.... outstanding service and great food though
@@rontoomey1187i would definetly go again. I go to vegas 7-8 times a year. Quit drinking last year and don't gamble a ton so i try to squeeze in a nice dinner . Always have to stop at Giordanos for the deep dish
Don't you worry about getting gout? So much red meat! Be sure to have some cherry juice for dessert (cherry juice prevents gout). Just trying to help. 🙂 You're not going to be young forever.
my wife and i have been to vegas about a dozen times and oscars was the first time we had a steak ,we went to oscars to me it was ok but i would not go back there would try some other places in vegas that is my opinion and i am sure others would disagree enjoy

Very enjoyable review! Brussel sprouts & corn looked really good and that deep dish cookie looked heavenly! Thank you for bringing us along👍
Thanks for watching!
As a local, I would recommend The Charcoal Room at Santa Fe, on N Rancho. Moderately priced, and great service!
Thanks for the recommendation! We'll have to check it out next time we're in town!
$57 for the bone in ribeye there on the online menu
Just ate there for the first time this past week. I had an 8oz filet, it was fabulous. Service was outstanding, and the overall value proposition is far better than the joints on the strip. Will definitely return!
We totally agree! Definitely a great spot and good value compared to the strip

Thanks, glad you’re enjoying them! Haha we’re going to have to start going to the gym more now that we’re eating like this every week!
So glad Oscar's now has outdoor dining… Such an Icon.

It might a little cliché but the Fountains at the Bellagio are memorable too.
Definitely! We’d love to try Prime at the Bellagio on our next trip but it was a little out of budget this time
Looks like such a fun place. Great atmosphere and the food looked awesome!
For sure! Not the best food ever but we’d still recommend a visit!
I love Oscar’s as well! I go there every time I am in Vegas! Great review!! Thanks, and keep up the great work!!!
Thanks! Any other places you’d recommend?
So awesome that you guys are doing reviews in Vegas
Could you please try the Porterhouse for 2 or the Tomahawk at Smith and Wollensky at the Venetian in Las Vegas?
We didn't get a chance to try it on this trip since we had just been to the Smith & Wollensky in New York but we'll add it to the list for next time!
Another home run! Keep them coming.
Thanks! Really appreciate it!
You do a great job describing flavors. Wish you'd review some buffets.
Thank you! We had a short trip this time but next time we’re there we’re definitely going to a bunch of those!
I love that you guys look food drunk at the end of your videos. That means you had a great meal
Haha definitely. We tend to over order and still finish everything!
Just subscribed you are both very entertaining
Thanks so much!
I think the best steaks i had was the rib-cap at ramsay steak at paris! The bone in rib-eye at Bavettes and the chili rub rib-eye at wynn SW steak
Those sound amazing! We’ll have to check them out on our next visit
Oscar's Steakhouse sounds incredible!

Yes! And those scenes were based on Golden Steer where we went a few days later. I wish we could’ve tried Barry’s! We’re upset we missed it!
We’ve always wanted to eat at Oscar’s. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching! If you get a chance to visit let us know what you think of it!

Staying at the Golden Nugget for our anniversary and my birthday in August. Looks like we'll be eating dinner at Oscar's. TY.
Enjoy! Barry’s in Circa is another great steakhouse downtown that we didn’t get a chance to make a video on but have heard is excellent!
@travelfuller thanks for the info. Appreciate you.😊

Damm..Is that the skinny version of Adam Sandler
Best steak house is in circus circus fantastic service and food great seafood platter starter was huge 😊 the steaks were humongous 😂😂😂
A bunch of people have said this! We’ll have to try it next time we’re in Vegas
Paprika…is…spicy? 😂😂 I’m horrified.

Porterhouse is $55 dollars more in Vegas then on Long Island !
great Video but how does Kristin eat all that food and stay so thin..LOL
Haha it’s a mystery to us all!
Get a lady that looks at you like Kirstin looks at Will

Tasty meats!
Nice review but awkward description of “creamy substance “ under creamed corn.
Yeah… that one wasn’t one of our best

Haha I think ten times on this video alone! Maybe one day we can get him to be in one of our videos

way too much psychoanalysis by Kristin....and boy she must have gained weight after eating all that food in one sitting!!!!!
Anything is worth leaving the strip, I tell anyone who goes to Vegas, GET OFF THE STRIP, way more to Vegas than the strip
Vegas has some amazing food! Our favorite stop of the trip might have been Echo & Rig in Tivoli Village
I can understand that you're trying to save money, but if you are going to do your own nails..learn how to..😂
Hey Karen, why don’t you teach her how.
Steakhouses are a ripoff.. all of them. Tourist traps and overpriced meat and wine.
