Like everyone else here, I really enjoyed watching the way you and Norma interacted. It felt natural, warm, real. Thank you both for that! 🔶About OSCAR'S... All the food you showed us looked delicious (and I appreciated your nicely descriptive commentary on it)... I'm planning to vacation in Vegas in August and was thinking of coming down (up!) to Fremont Street, primarily to re-visit Oscar's after many years. I'd learned they now have a patio and hoped to be seated there, for the view. But it seems that will be either impossible or inadvisable because of the heat. So I was encouraged that your video shows that Fremont Street is still visible from inside the restaurant proper... Oscar's ambiance seems very appealing; they've stricken a comfortable tone of being a "Nice" restaurant without being pretentious or stiff. I did notice, though -- thanks to this vid -- that it is pretty loud inside. That's a disappointment. Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather not eat my $100+ meal in a place that sounds like a sports bar. I'll try to buck up for it. I mean, I did enjoy my meals at Giada and Hell's Kitchen last fall, and they both had similar noise levels. Thanks for the heads-up on that! 🔶Really helpful video!
@jaycation Fun fact, the Cesar salad originated in Mexico. The restaurant that started it still makes them from scratch table side, including the dressing. And… it was originally a ‘wedge’ salad not tossed. 🧐

A few steakhouses in Vegas have the Oscar's topping (creamy crab), but theirs is the only one I've seen that also has chopped asparagus in it.
I love it. Rib Cap is my go to at Oscar's!

After I saw your last video I decided to try Oscar's when I was staying in Downtown last May. Wasn't disappointed with the food, and views are awesome! But I think I must try some of those Pinkbox donuts next time I'm around!

Oscars is one of my favorite steakhouses. You’re right the appetizers of the meatballs is delicious, and the mashed potatoes.😋 My husband absolutely loves the rib cap at Oscars. Thank you
