Good morning Rachel! Day 1 in the books!!! It’s funny what you ignore within your body when you don’t take the time to observe it! I was able to notice tension throughout my body, especially my back and shoulders that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t sit and pay attention!!! Thank you for the amazing practice! Having tried our beginners 3 times a week for two weeks - I completed it today and then decided to move on to this great session. I was unable to lift my knees at tabletop mote than once. I'm overweight, have had a stroke and was 60 this week. I definitely enjoy these movements and breath. And your voice is so relaxing, with each move so well explained. Thank you Trish

Good afternoon what a wonderful way to start the New Year. I truly loved this as been having lots of pain in the spine so this helped relax my muscles not too hard to do as well. It helps release tension and loosens up the muscles which I need everyday, great way to begin the 7 day journey, see you tomorrow and take care
