    Good morning Rachel! Day 2 in the bag! So I didn’t realize how constricted my breathing was until I really sat down and paid attention to it. I started to feel a wave of calm flow as soon as I found ease in my breath! Thank you for the amazing class! Im looking forward to day 3!!! ❤🙏🤗

      Good morning Sean! YASSSS Day 2 done ✅ Great work! I love reading your reflections and key takeaways. It's interesting what you can discover when you bring your awareness to the physical sensation of the breath; where you feel your breath in your body. Does it flow with ease? Does your breath feel shallow or restricted? Maybe your breath feels full and buoyant. This will change throughout the course of your day. Checking in with your breath periodically throughout your day can be so useful to one's overall wellness! Thank you so much for being here and see ya tomorrow! 🤗🙏💗

    Thanks! I liked the easy pose section. Breathing exercises were good too. My body is calmer now.

Ah yes, the easy pose portion of this practice was a favorite of mine too as I felt that it was such a great way to establish connection to the earth and to the breath at the same time.     Good afternoon this something I truly needed today, have a lot of pain across my stomach. I tried my hardest to do this as I felt calm and peaceful. I also felt it across my back guess I have a lot of tension lol so I better start doing more yoga as this is a great excercise for everyone. I wish people would realize how long it takes to prepare these classes each day, very well done and look forward to tomorrow. Take care and thank you
