I saw the comment below and I was going to suggest the same thing, the online auction we use to pick up some items sells a lot of mismatched stuff in “ mystery boxes “ they usually do pretty good. They just mark them “ kitchen “ or personal items Costume jewelry and they always sell . Broken jewelry lots also go pretty good if it’s a large lot by the pound online. New subscriber by the way , we have been looking into some buy outs in our area . Thanks for the ideas!
This video made me happy : ) It's great to see you doing so well. You totally deserve to have great sales you work so hard. Hope you have a nice long lie in and recoup xx
That was fun to watch. Happy for your success. We do garage sales with 2 tables and 1 clothes rack for 4 hours and it wipes us out. Nolan is a prize. Give him a raise and a percentage.
The silver Christmas picture frames with 2018 on them, would you be willing to sell one gladly pay shipping and for the frame. My daughter has given me one for many years. My son in law was sick last year, and she simply forgot to get one with 2018. I so want to do a trip to the dollar sale sometime. THANKS
I just came across your channel. This is what I want to do with my life. I see how it could very well become overwhelming but I also see all of the hard work to keep up on it all. I tend to work best under pressure.

I think a sale like this would do good on almost any day of the weekend as long as you do proper advertising. Great stuff Resale Rabbit, we had a huge blow out estate sale at a huge estate I purchased and we did one of the largest takes ever since being a reseller we ran the sale Friday, Sat and Sunday and made over 18k in three days. The entire estate cost me $10k and i was able to find tons of good stuff that will be online for sale in our ebay store probably another $7-9k easy in ebay stuff. I love reselling and i see that you do as well lol.
One person & you are trying to organize all of those items. WOW good luck. But wish I lived close I would defiitely go threw the DVD's & CD's I love movies. But also if lived close I would apply for a part time job with your company. Super great sale & you have a great business mind & you will do well throughout your life. But you put a large amount of working hours in to make it happen. So congrats on the $1 sale. AND YOU deserve a whole day of rest so sit back & prop your feet up & get you your favorite drink & enjoy.
A person I watch once said, if he could make 1 dollar for every item he finds in a unit, he would make his money back and more and roll it into the next unit, increasing his chance of finding the big one. I adopted that thinking and it seems to be working... So far.

I didn't understand why they posted it but it makes sense now that you mentioned that it was a paid advertisement. It explains why you are successful- thinking outside of the box on advertisement strategies.
It was cheap too! Usually it’s $50 per day but they pin it to the top. This time someone else was pinned so they gave me 3 scheduled posts for $75 total! Last time I did a sale they told me that the post was the most popular one they’ve ever had on there lol
The cute carrot napkins you can sell before Easter on Ebay for decent money. The Hispanic movie you can sell the hundreds you said you have on Facebook Marketplace Indio, ca and Coachella, ca.
Do you scan your DVD's or CD's with any of the apps? I've been just scanning CD's and DVD's and when they come back as a buy price of over $1, I pick em up for instant profit, and $2 to $3 buy prices generally indicate they are worth listing on eBay. I've ended up selling some weird ones/rare ones for quite a bit. Fringe CD's sell really well, obscure DVD's sell really well, but here's a tip for the viewers. "Cookie's Fortune" on DVD. Don't ask me why. Right now I'm using Declutter, but have been experimenting with another scanning app scans for multiple platforms that are buying, and it's called Bonavendi. It's honestly one of the best things I started doing at thrift stores and yard sales. I used to just make offers on tubs of media, but now I only pick up the ones that are profitable and I skip the work of looking them all up at home and listing them for literally ever. I don't understand people who sell a DVD for $4 shipped on eBay. Don't you have something more profitable to do with your time?
I’ll have to check that app out! The $4 dvd sellers do volume. Thousands of units per day. They get special rates with usps so they end up making a couple bucks on each one. Same deal as penny book sellers on amazon.
I watched “Treasure Hunting with Jebus” go through a couple hundred DVD’s on de clutter. Most of them were worth about 21 cents. Only about one third of them were salable at all. She got $8.43. I wouldn’t have spent my t8me on that.
@@christinerobinson890 Must have been very unlucky. I've made thousands of dollars using declutter and secondspin to scan for DVDs and CD's worth listing, and which have buylist values over the cost of purchase.

Or call someone local and see if they are interested. Seriously. But get those school supplies out there. Like run a cpl or dew Saturdays into school seasons, before Xmas etc.
You don't get how bad it is to sell chum items on amazon or ebay. If it isn't worth more than $20 I just don't list it anymore. No one wants to pay shipping and amazons fees are insane..

Lost and Found items: typically you have to hang onto them for 30 days before you can dispose of them, but i would contact local police department and ask them how long you have to hang onto it.
Awe man, everything would be gone here because a lot of people cross the border to resell back in Mexico. If it’s a $1 they will get everything, all those racks of clothes would be empty here no matter how many times you restock. Makes me want to start a $1 sale but I don’t have the traffic like you nor do I have a storage to stock. Would be great though.
Is that a decent panasonic record player? I want to start buying and listening to vinyl, but I know nothing about the record players. I'm willing to buy

I found like 400 dvd in storage unit I bought, had a garage sale, priced them @ $1, sold maybe 10. Next garage sale I priced them at 50cents each, sold $120 worth of dvds. FYI.
You shouldn’t have to pay sales tax on second hand items , as sales tax should have already been paid when it was first purchased. We don’t have sales tax here in the UK , we have VAT ( value added tax ). That is only charged when the item is purchased new , from stores etc. I don’t think they should be allowed to get tax more than once for the same item.
Does any of those red handheld baskets you let them use to shop with ever go missing? A couple of my nearby supermarkets stopped providing them, since customers kept stealing them.
Those were actually for sale. They just grabbed them to use them lol. I got them out of Office Depot when they shut down. I have black ones for customers to use and I haven’t noticed any go missing, but I don’t count them either.
@@ResaleRabbit I'm watching some of these "bulk" purchase vids and I'm thinking I might be smart enough to throw a few bucks at theis and give it a whirl. So is this just dead inventory you're clearing out? I can understand it if you've already paid for the lot/batch these items came from, but if not you have to factor in a cost, plus pay your employee, plus your time. Is there any real profit?
Other than the DVDs and CDs, this is mostly dead inventory. Stuff that I have no way to sell otherwise and would normally give to goodwill. And I did mention payroll at the end of the video.
Wow, you did AWESOME weekend sales! Question though: while you're gone or stacking shelves, how does one employee watching the inside & outside of the warehouse at the same time make sure customers aren't ripping you off??
He doesn’t, but it’s not that big of a deal. The items have almost zero cost and they’re only selling for a buck. I can’t imagine I’m out more than $5-10 from theft.
WoW !! I'm in Jersey , where was this at ? What ever doesn't go , What a BLESSING it would be if you called around Hospitals Or Church's to Donate to Children who's Parent's can't afford Presents for their Children. Think about it 🤔 . You would be BLESSING so many People . 💕💖💕 It will come back to you . It's hard & depressing for Families around the Holidays . Just saying 😙
People pay with $20's because that's what comes out of a cash machine. Not many ATMs let you choose your denomination and when the do, people just take the default 20s.
What is the site for your liquidation company. In a little over a month i will be back home in florida and starting the resale business. Things that may not sell well in wisconsin can still sell in florida. I have been buying mowers like crazy for like 20 or 30 bucks brand new lately.
Next time pleasssssse plan in advance!! I want to come to one but being in Illinois - cant help or shop when you release the info & video AFTER the sale!! I would paid $20 just to get my picture with ya 😉💯👍✨
okay well I guess it only comes in a 2-ounce now I think it used to come in a 6 oz and that's the one that I used to get and it still took me like forever to use all of it and this is me like using it sometimes like every other day cuz I would be at my store like passing out in the office or whatever I was young and it was a big store
There really isn’t a lot that can be done, unless you want to spend a ton of money. I’m sure items get stolen here and there, but it’s just a part of the business.
Should collect email addresses of the customers to notify them of the next sale.

I'm in Jersey , where was this at ? What ever doesn't go , What a BLESSING it would be if you called around Hospitals Or Church's to Donate to Children who's Parent's can't afford Presents for their Children. Think about it 🤔 . You would be BLESSING so many People . 💕💖💕
It will come back to you . It's hard & depressing for Families around the Holidays . Just saying 😙
People pay with $20's because that's what comes out of a cash machine. Not many ATMs let you choose your denomination and when the do, people just take the default 20s.
Wheel barrel rabbit haha!!! Yup! wheel barrel the heck out of the clothes from the back corner huh, huh😂 yaaaaa buddy
What is the site for your liquidation company. In a little over a month i will be back home in florida and starting the resale business. Things that may not sell well in wisconsin can still sell in florida. I have been buying mowers like crazy for like 20 or 30 bucks brand new lately.
JLN Distributing Liquidation Sales (it’s a Facebook group). Hey, I’ve got a pallet of snow shovels, think those will sell for you? Lol
How do you get so much ‘buyout’ product?
2:39 That's not a guitar, it is a BajoSexto or BajoQuinto (Used in Tejano Music for example)
Next time pleasssssse plan in advance!! I want to come to one but being in Illinois - cant help or shop when you release the info & video AFTER the sale!! I would paid $20 just to get my picture with ya 😉💯👍✨
Weather permitting, we will be doing another the second week of October.
@@ResaleRabbit thank ya, bud!! We are overdue for a getaway!!🤘🎉✨
@@atheathorium thank you!! You never are sure what forums they truly are active on & well FB fits for me 😉👍🎉
Man I'd love to go to a sale like this!
Where do you advertise your sales? (Just saw that you advertise on a FB group. Is that the only way you do it or is there other ways?)
Facebook and Craigslist, as well as signs on nearby roads
okay well I guess it only comes in a 2-ounce now I think it used to come in a 6 oz and that's the one that I used to get and it still took me like forever to use all of it and this is me like using it sometimes like every other day cuz I would be at my store like passing out in the office or whatever I was young and it was a big store
Rabbit, I'm interested in that DJI Phantom drone you got in a storage locker. Is it available still?
No, it sold pretty fast. Sorry!
Need to check the bills for STAR NOTES
What a way to spend a weekend. You are just a money machine. Congrats.
Where are you located?
Where do you get all the stuff to where you can turn around and sell it off for $1? Is that from buying those storage units?
Street Rage He bought stuff for two to three cents on the dollar at store closeouts like Shopko.
Susanna Donovan ah gotcha, thanks!
It’s a mix of the shopko / Office Depot buyouts and the cheap stuff from storage units. Usually I’ll only have storage unit stuff and do about $3000.
Resale Rabbit i see, thanks!
Man..putting a gangster roll in your pocket sure is hard work 😊
How do you protect yourself from theft?
There really isn’t a lot that can be done, unless you want to spend a ton of money. I’m sure items get stolen here and there, but it’s just a part of the business.
2:50 I used to go to that shopko
I want to shop there😢
How much for those silver markers?
