Triumph Tiger 1200 - Engine Oil & Final Drive Oil Change

- I'm doing the 800 km break-in service for my 2018 Triumph Tiger 1200 XRx. Other than the regular checks and inspection, this service involves engine oil & oil filter change, as well as final drive (shaft) oil change. I go through these procedures in this video.
These are what I used:
1) 4 liters of Castrol Power 1 (or Power RS) Racing 4T 10W-50 Engine Oil (www.amazon.com/Castrol-10W-50...)
2) K&N KN-204-1 Oil filter (www.amazon.com/K-N-KN-204-1-O...)
3) Motul Gear 300 75W-90 final drive oil (www.amazon.com/Motul-Gear300-...) - Авто та транспорт
Thanks. I have the 2020 Tiger 1200 Alpine and a 2019 Indian Springfield in my garage.
Thank you for an excellent video. This and your others have been super helpful as I service my 2019 Tiger 1200!

Recommended in manual to fill oil before putting oil filter on 🍻
Hope you meant filling oil in the new oil filter before fitting it :). Filling oil in the engine before fitting the oil filter will leak oil :)
@@eazyontwowheels You need to fill until it just leaks before fitting filter otherwise you risk an airlock (on these engines).
The best way to change the oil on the bike is after a long ride,
Recommend only using the nut on the oil filter to undo.
The rear fiel drive, you can do 50000 miles without change in the oil
Come si fa il reset Service change oil manual?
the washers are regular ones, or special (made by specific metal)?
Regular copper washers
What's up, bro? You have 2inch chickens Stripes on your rear tire.
This is a ridiculous comment at anytime, but especially at the 800km break in service!
Agreed....
