I have a 2019 Nissan Titan Pro 4x and its a GREAT Value Pick Up Truck!

I must say as someone who currently owns a 2011 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 V6 and has loved every mile put in it (147,000) and tows a 2021 apex nano 20x I just wish Nissan did something to elevate the payload. On this new Titan it has the exact same payload as my truck. A half ton in my opinion regardless of trim should have a higher payload. I am currently in the market for a new truck but wouldn’t even think about the titan as the payload is so limited. The XD is a option but this pro 4x titan is not built to tow and that saddens me as I would love to stick with a Nissan as it has been so dependable. I have towed my HTT over 15,000 miles but wouldn’t purchase a 1/2 truck with the same payload as my frontier. I appreciate the accurate information JD! Keep the videos coming! We love them and use your knowledge in our purchasing decisions!

These videos actually got me to look at the Titan XD but they're asking diesel 3/4 ton prices for the gas XD. It's been a very frustrating time to try and buy a truck to tow with.
I looked as well, I want an 8’ bed in a crew cab so that means 3/4 ton.
@@dandennis8465 yeah, im waiting to see the vehicle weight and payload numbers from the silverado refresh before I decide what to do. If I go 3/4 ton the Chevy 2500LT was the best price to features and capability I could find. If you dont mind cloth seats the F-250 XLT can be configured for a reasonable price too.
I agree 100 percent on the mid storage area. It's a terrible design. I completely ditched the cell phone holder. I didn't like having to pop that stuff out to gain access to underneath. Rams storage is amazing there. Also they should have kept the storage area above the screen like for your wallet or extra glasses loke all thebother truck have , they should have kept the 2nd glove box, and I find the storage by your legs on the center part useless because of my seat position. I can barley get my hand in there.
Any way you can get your hands of an XD and do a review? Maybe towing a decent sized trailer and your perspective on how it handles it?
Maybe give us tire pressure and tire size for reference.

You didn't punch it with 400hp I would think this truck has got to have some kick to it my daily driver is a 2001 s10 4x4 stock with 190hp but I changed that in 2004 and 200 ft lb of t my other truck is a 77 GMC one ton 4x4 but getting back to my question is does it have some power what can it really do can I leave people in the dust with this little truck?

I prefer the logo was not placed on the center console since during long trips, I rest my arm on a console and would not appreciate a logo imprinted into my skin. Also, from a cleaning perspective, it is hard to get the stitching or edging fully clean in an area that will see a lot of wear so close to the seats.

It’s probably heavier. My Titan XD is 1500 lbs heavier than the F150s and 1500 GM’s and Rams.

Too bad it's a nissan. They dont seen to be high quality. But neither are Ford,Chevy, or toyota.
Definitely of higher quality. Lowest recalls out of those other big 3
Not to mention the titan has a better warranty then the big 3
