    My insomnia is insane. I didnt sleep till 3 or 4am now its 5 or 6am. I think Letrazole may be involved in this!

    I had insomnia way before cancer. I think it was from car accidents that werent my fault. I use sleep meds that helps alot & they dont interfear with my cancer treatment. I try to go to bed at same time each day atv11:30pm & get up at same time. In the summer the early sunrise wakes me up but I go back to sleep until 8am. If i stay up later which is rare i usually get up at 9 or 10 am. The chemo pills I take are making me sleep good believe it or not. I like to sleep at 67° house temp seems to agree with me. When i was on hormone cancer meds id have to get to sleep by 11pm before another hot flash occures. Coffee doesnt keep me awake. If im really tired coffee will not reboot me. My husband tried Saffron for sleep and he said it works good and he didnt wake up during the night. I would like to try it but i have to check with my oncologist to make sure its ok to use with my cancer treatment. 😊❤
