Doctor exposes the TRUTH about Parabens and Breast Cancer
Social media is full of videos claiming that our cosmetics and toiletries are killing us.
Parabens and endocrine disruptors are apparently giving us breast cancer.

Is clean beauty really the way forward?
The quick answer is that your cosmetics aren’t killing you and you don’t need to worry about parabens, but if you want to know why, keep watching.

It is NOT a choice. It is not your fault This is what it feels like, for m...

Giving your expertise for free is the greatest gift. Life is worth more than money. Bless you🙏🙌🌸✨
young lady think positive my wife 17 years into her cancer journey
You’re awesome and I pray you find peace, and walk through this, coming out stronger.
Thank you so much for all you do for us out there. You are a lovely person. We listen to all your words. Please be kind to yourself every day. I'm heading for my double mastectomy under the state hospitals in my country. Greeting from South Africa. I'm an ex Brit.
Oh Liz your truly so giving so selfless I wont to give you a hug 🫂 I hope you have a peaceful day ♥️🥰🙏xxx
I had Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 2 beginning stages and cancer did not spread. I had a lumpectomy and had 6 treatments of radiation. I am cancer free🙏. I have been taking Anastrozole for 1 year. My side effects since the beginning were numbness of my hands. Now 1 year later I suddenly started having knee pain and I am limping. They did an Xray and results are that I have degeneration Grade 2. I know this is a side effect of the Anastrozole. This also made my cholesterol go sky high. I started taking red yeast rice and garlic supplements for the cholesterol but I think I am taking too much of the RYR that might also be causing the pain too🥴. I am stopping it and will continue with the garlic pills. I also have been watching what I eat. I will continue taking the Anastrozole. I am tolerable to pain but if gets to be way too much as I have read reviews of how bad it can get. I might take a break from it🥴🤷🏻♀️
I just saw your channel. I am an aspiring breast surgeon as well. I don’t know whether you believe in prayers or not but I did say a prayer for you. You are such a nice person and a great doctor I am sure. Stay strong and stay happy. You deserve that. Xoxo
So deeply thankful for your content. I'm in a recurrence. Also, lifelong meds. I've been fighting to accept this reality still - a year after the recurrence was diagnosed. But "wishing it was different" & being angry sometimes i now realise just wastes time & that precious energy. Thank you, thank you for guidance & inspiration.
Dear Liz, I hear you ❤. Three times breast cancer, Abemaciclib and Anastrozole kicking my butt every day... 🥴 I have known depression since I was nine years old. Lost my two best friends since I was first diagnosed in 2019 and still grieving... I hear you. I really do. I admire you for being the wonderful person that you are. Please know that you are in my thoughts. Wishing nothing but the best for you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
We love you. You are a wonderful human being in addition to being an amazing doctor ❤
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is worth trying! Check out Katya Rubia's presentation on it. Good luck!
As a breast cancer survivor you have helped me more than you know. You are such an inspiration and a lovely person. Do what you need to do to care for yourself. We support you and will be here if need to leave and pause.
What a good person you are! God bless you and protect you ❤
Give yourself time. You are precious and so very valued.
❤❤❤❤❤
Dear Dr. Liz, if I was in your shoes, I would simply take the time to smell the roses, I would indulge in long walks in nature, I would volunteer with animals because I love animals and I need them as much as they need me, I would learn to cook Indian food with all their different spices (they intimidate me) and I would learn to cook for my two cats. I would simply take a year off and take care of moi, me, myself and I.😊 Sending you all my love and happy smiles 😺😁😊😊😊❤!
Dear Beautiful doctor, a big hug to you and my sincerest condolences on the loss of your parents. It's very hard but know you're not alone and I love hearing your sound advice, I love hearing your honesty and just getting up and taking a walk along the beach and carrying on, my dear doctor, you are helping so many of us! Thank you and I'm sending the healing angels your way and all my love and gratitude that I've found you even though we are thousands of miles apart but you reach out far, thank goodness! Bless you dear, you are always in my prayers and in my heart.❤🙏
You are a blessing to the world! May God bless you always. Praying for you. Love from Florida!❤
Hi Liz- I would not make any decisions in the midst of spreading your parents ashes this week. I don’t know your circumstances- but it seems you have time for deciding? All my best to you! 💛🙏
You are under no obligations to this community. I say this despite I am part of it and deeply appreciate your honest, kind, insightful, human integrity. As someone else said, you actually do have a plan. Even if it's a plan of sorts. But would you benefit from accepting that it's ok and perhaps even appropriate, to put the pause on your sense of kind obligation? What if you stepped back for a defined period of time and allowed room for day by day, sometimes minute by minute ideas towards your emotional recovery? A month, 6 weeks, 8 weeks... And then re-ponder when you are feeling better than now? I have lived with long-term health issues for years and they don't always have me feeling ill to a point I cannot enjoy life. It is not always this way. Keep this in your heart. H.o.p.e. Hold (space for) Offerings (of) Peace, promise & Ease ❤
I so appreciate your content from abroad. It has helped me a lot. That being said, I encourage you to do what you need to do to take care of yourself RIGHT NOW. You can make the decision that's best for YOU in time. No need to rush it, but I know how it feels to want/need a plan. I'm the same way. 😆 Thanks for your updates. And I applaud your integrity regarding how you deliver content. 👏🏼 I was seriously considering the program you mentioned. I would be more than happy to purchase your books. And BTW...one of my doctors knows you and sends his very best to you. 🤗
I appreciate you 💖 you’re a wonderful human being. You give me hope and reassurance to help me face the next phase of my breast cancer journey. I start my chemo on Wednesday and I’m not looking forward to it tbh. So far I’ve had 2 surgeries and I’ve held up okay in spite of everything. Just know that you inspire me and people like me and we are all in this together and not alone we are just a message away in those dark times to help us climb out of that darkness together 💖🤗
Put the decision on pause. As a breast cancer survivor of 6 years, you have helped me. Your UA-cam connect, even though I have only found you these past 12 months have helped with my knowledge and understanding. I have bought your books of audible, I admit from their credits they give me so I hope you get money from that. Please don’t be concerned about earning from us, your knowledge has been golden and I wish I had found you in the beginning.
You have been so encouraging to me! May God meet you where you are and comfort you!"
Thank you for being a decent human being.I am that single mother.I am praying for you during your grief
Hang in there, Doc! Today is a pain day for me, and these are the kind of days that are maybe the hardest on me in terms of depression. But coming here seeing I'm not alone is so good for me. People like me need to know we aren't alone struggling. We can share this and learn from each other. We can lean in and support each other. We don't have to be alone in this.
What a beautiful person you are. What a generous spirit you have. I hope that you are receiving as much love and support as you freely give. You are ALWAYS thinking of others. Thank you for being such a special light to so many. You are truly needed. ❤
I will miss you from Texas. Your health is first. Love you.😢
Liz, you are doing your best with the hand you have been dealt. Our lives are a plan made by doctors, but we do have some control , and we need to make huge changes, but slowly, no hurry, you are finding things very difficult ,with the help if doctors friends and loved ones things will get a bit better as time goes on ,try enjoy an ok day and seeking comfort the other days, music reading and a walk can help❤
What a lovely kind and caring person you are Liz. You help so many people when they feel lost xx❤
Thank you for all you have done on your channel. I have really found it amazingly helpful and it's got me through my diagnosis. You are a superstar but you must look after yourself first and foremost both physically and mentally. 💛
🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀 You're such a special lady! 🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀🌟🥀🥀
Dear Liz, it's clear that you do have a plan for now, and that is to pause!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You're such an amazing human being. Thank you. One step at a time. 💜
Big cuddle, pause is a good idea, bighearted woman, 🩵💙🐻❄️🧿
You are an inspiration. Thank you for getting me through the treatments.
We love you. Please do whatever is best for you. We will keep praying for you 😘😘😘
I love seeing your videos. You are so honest. You must do what is right though. I will be sad to see you go xx❤

Liz stand back give yourself a break I’m worried your giving to much , we will still be here for you and the help and caring you give I think your advice is so helpful to all of us going through this potholed road together bless your heart and thankyou stay calm and heal dear friend im sure all will be well xxxxxxxxx🥰
good luck young lady
I view your videos to try to understand the illness, not to sympathise although, of course, I very much do. I am trying to understand the effects from a surgeon and a sufferer. If delving into this worsens your situation I don’t think you should do it. On the other hand you thinking about what might be causing you to be more depressed than usual is helping you then I am sure it will help others. People like me might be able to help friends with the information you impart. Could the drugs you have taken caused it and could the effects of them and the illness worsened it?
Actually I can feel happy sometime but most of the time I feel sad, frustrated. I’ve been thinking about suicide for 2 year
Dr Liz, you do what is best to nurture and care for yourself.. I wish you peace ❤
Take care of yourself first! I did that in similar situations. There will be a time that you can take care of others again, , stronger that you ever have been before! This is the only way, to help yourself and us all!! Don't take a shortcut , you need all the time necessary to heal! We all can wait!
Maybe if you're sick from your medication, you should stop and have a quality life instead of a quantity. Just stop if it costs money😂
I have loved your content but you must do what is best for you ❤
What about the people that have taken fendbendazole or ivermectin and the cancer is gone?? Totally gone!! What is more research not being done on that? My cousin is a prime example of it!! 7 years cancer free and he only did 1 chemo treatment. It made him so sick he refused it. They told him they did NOT get all the cancer when they did the surgery. Colorectal cancer. I want to see studies on this!
❤
I hope you do feel better. One practice that has helped me throughout the dark years of my life is to plan for the future and give my all to make this plan a reality. Hopefully, you can find what drives you. Note that I am currently fighting breast cancer myself, have done 2 weeks of radiation therapy (after a lumpectomy) and I still have one more week to go...
