I wonder what went so wrong in current music business. Times they change, yeah, but good music normally stands. As a teenager I used to listen to early-times jazz!!.... Why those great artists, who are still alive and kicking, are almost ignored by younger generation? Madonna, on the other side, is still an icon. So sad. Björk was a giant and should have continue being it. David Bowie just died. I wonder…if he might have kept such an high profile living these days. The talent does really make the difference? It should, but is Björk less talented than Lady Gaga? I don't think so. Artists are no longer valuable.

We all agree Gaga can sing, play piano, and she's funny, I personally even like some of her recent style. She's not an beau, but attractive, somehow, when she's fully dressed. But she is not "that" great, first of all because she lacks, completely lacks, integrity; I wonder how much her Golden Globe has costed. That was not acting and it's amazing that a soft-porn has to be rewarded because "she is Gaga". I am a woman, so I must add, I don't like this trend where every female artist creates a career over constant nudity. Björk is a genius,a complete different category. But today everything goes under the banner of "taste is personal". Of course it is,… but after taste there is something more, to art, that qualifies it. We have completely lost that critical sense which allows to say, without adding many justifications, that we consider Björk a better artist than Gaga, period. Because she is, is not a personal opinion. We have them both, and people are free to choose whatever they like, but Art includes a concept of education that cuts Gaga off the competition. Period, again.
