Karthika ji… Pranam. Beautiful question! Well.. How can we not!! For me, each time this happens, not necessarily tears, but the highest ecstasy gushes forth in many forms! When the entire process of recordings as a tapasya reaches somewhere around 70 %, this starts, and from there it is all about travelling in a different realm altogether! Finally when it reaches you all with the same intensity, it is all about you all letting it out thru tears of ecstasy! And I am being a witness of this whole process! All joy to you!

How wonderfully this hymn transmutes us to the six abodes (Aarupadai Veedu) of Lord Muruga!
1. The jugalbandi and unparalleled chemistry between little Sooryanarayanan and the majestic background music, reminds us of the celestial wedding between Lord Muruga and Deivayanai at 'Thiruparankundram'.
2. The tongue-twisting, rhythmic lyrics and the seamless flow of words strike our hearts, like the tides gallantly thumping the sea shore. The 'Soorapadman' inside us is effortlessly conquered by 'Sooryanarayanan' and nonetheless, remind us of 'Tiruchendur'.
3. This song is a healer too...as it encompasses all the 'Navapashanam' elements - bhakti, bhava, grandeur, purity, sweetness, love, expression, joy and majesticity. Doesn't these resonate the divine vibes of 'Palani'?
