This moment is honestly one of my favorite moments from Kokichi. It's one of the few moments where people aren't upset with Kokichi being his usual self. Danganronpa v3 chapter 3 ending was the saddest thing i ever saw, like imagine losing both of your best friends in one night and feeling guilty through it and getting blamed for it.
I sorta feel bad for Kiyo tho. Driven to insanity by the loss of his sister who was also his lover? If that was really his sister and not just another personality, then that’s different. But if we think he tricked himself into thinking his sister came back to him, then that may have just been a by-product of him going mad. Same with the killing for his sister. His execution made me feel bad for him too, even though he murdered in cold blood.

Seeing himiko cry at the end, made me cry together, because it made me see myself in this situation, where you can't express your feelings, and when you look back it's already too late, you lose that person you always liked a lot, and sees how much didn't enjoy his moments with her, because he didn't know how to express what he really felt. I know the situation is a little different from the one shown, but seeing himiko remembering tenko telling her to express herself, made me cry while the scene was going on, honestly, it's one of the worst feelings I've ever felt, and for me, it was one of the best scenes I've ever seen of danganronpa, as it marked me a lot in that sense.
