Hello dr nabil i have radial nerve palsy i broke my heumerus in 12/2018 and after 7 months with no recovery idid nerve grafting in 7 /2019 the first sign of recovery was after 8 months of repair now ican lift my wrist but my fingers still droped will it get recovery ?
My MRI result Doc is Back pain TC/Herniated Nucleus pulposus L4- L5 disc desiccation mild disc difuse bulge with central intensity zone is noted mildly indenting the ventral thecal sac. No significant spinal canal or nuetral fornaminal narrowing dimonstrated bilateral facet join effusion is noted can I perform push up and set ups? And run 3.2 kilometers doc ?

Treat yourself delicately. Do not bend downwards to pick or lift anything, do even bend forward. Maintain upright position at all times. Our disc were never created to bend. Each time we bend, we stress the spine. Bend your knees and pick anything u want. Do not turn and twist aggressively. Be delicate with your hip movements Get up from bed, by turning to side and then softly move up. Get up from sitting position softly. Do not slouch and sit Do not bend downwards or forward to brush teeth and do dishes. Watch that moment too. Keep one hand on basin for support and manage. Try to get a back belt Sleep on a firm mattress. Not hard or soft. A Firm medicated mattress helps a lot Drink warm water to calm nerves Take calcium, vitamin D and B12 vitamins. Very important, incase you have defiencincy in the above. Having the vitamin will improve, heal, repair and give strength. Drink water to hydrate disc Apply an ayurveda oil. It helps. Do not take stress and burden. As scatia is known to manifest due to a person feeling burdened with life mentally. Stay happy Place a hot pack until it subsides. Please understand that your nerve is getting pinched that's y it is radiating. Hence follow the above and let your annual tears heal and push the dics back to normal.
Facet joints are innervated by medial branch of dorsal ramus. Only L5-S1 joint is innervated by one nerve (S1), but the other ones are innervated by two segmental nerves that same segment and the upper segment.
