I already have 1more evo and oneplus buds pro 2 and before I had also senn. momentum 3 so I tell my point of view with compatible device with ldac and lhdc and bluetooth 5.2 ...at first there is some improvment in sound quality ("better resolution") when you testing them😢 on device with same bluetooth type connection. But also check the new firmware of 1more evo which I got today with new sound id feature called smart laudness ..so regarding my comparison between the mentioned 3 pairs of earbuds is the overall winner 1more evo in terms of overall features and price/quality ratio of course (I bought them for 120€) ..oneplus buds 2 pro 🎧 170€ and sennheiser mom for 210€..oneplus buds pro 2 🎧 have best bass but clarity is not that pure like on 1 more evo and its pushed into the back little bit because bass is dominat part of them..what about difference between ldac and lhdc it's simple ldac have still best resolution which you can get on the phone through bluetooth but there is the catch .. The connection of ldac in busy environment (in the traffic) is unstable and you get's some dropp outs but with lhdc you can get good sound quality / resolution (not the best) but without frequent dropp outs. But one last thinq if you use ldac or lhdc go to the phone developer settings /options and setup to max quality option for ldac and lhdc to 990 kbps 😉 and dont forget if you use hi-res codecs is also drain more battery life of your phone as well..one last observation the best ratio with good sound/ resolution quality and good stable connection is aptx-adaptive codek 😉👋

Don’t buy these earbuds unless you have oneplus phone. There’s in ear detection that you can’t disable without oneplus phone. Feature is so picky, that buds pause audio randomly complaining that bud isn’t in your ear.
Got the Oneplus buds pro a year ago,bass is probably the best I’ve heard on any tws, it’s deep rich n thumping and as a bass head I’m highly satisfied but facing a major battery issue after a year where the buds don’t last more than 1-1.5 hrs, I’ll still get Oneplus buds pro 2 just for that bass but OP should take these quality issues seriously

I just bought these for $99USD on amazon. I'm able to return the sony wf-1000xm4s after 2 and a half years of ownership (going through 4 pairs due to battery drain issues). I will see if these perform better than the current sony wf-1000xm3's in terms of noise cancelling (fit and comfort are important to me)
I have issues with call quality on these. I have already got them replaced once because of my voice getting muffled on the mic. And the replaced unit also has the same issue. As per 1 customer care exec, these have this issue of dust getting inside the mic filter at the bottom of the buds, due to which the mic gets muffled.

Spacial audio ofc work with Oneplus 11 it's i don't keep it on always , is good with movie or some videos. 3. ANC is not the best but it's good. Zimmer is more balanced, I forget about the other ones. The app might not be working properly, try reinstalling/update to the latest software and see how it goes
Mine suddenly started letting a small amount of noise through the ‘max’ ANC setting. It will toggle on and off just slightly, to where only a little white noise begins to be heard…And I don’t have it set to smart ANC. It’s definitely some kind of issue, was wondering if you’ve experienced this and if there’s a solution. I’ve only had them a few days.

i found that there is a standard version called one plus buds pro 2R that dosent have spatial audio and wireless charging and costs around 85 dollars. i was gonna buy the new liberty 4 NC for 85 dollars but now im torn between those 2. does the 2R version have the same audio quality of the originals ? and what would u recommend the 4NC or the oneplus buds for that price ? thanks !
What a shame. No volume control is such a deal breaker. Choice is now between nothing ear 2 (139€) and soundcore liberty 4 (100€) what would you recommend
@gemstone008 ended up going for the liberty 4. Got them at 90€ and the OP pro 2 without volume control kinda disappointed me. I also tried the nothing ear 2 for 2 days and the battery was pretty bad and the stems were really small for me to skip songs and change volume
I think your ranking of the best noise reduction headphones 1 more évo in one of the best in noise reduction I do not find its very justified because in addition 1 more they make headphones but will not lie they are not up to bose or Sony after is not for the same public and budget as Sony and bose 😂the headphones that has the best noise reduction are the Bose quiet comfort ultra but far after I would mete Sony because their noise reduction is good and after Apple with AirPods Pro but meter the 1more évo at the top of your ranking in one of the best in noise reduction clearly no after I share is that I think should not take bad that I tell you otherwise very well the videos of your UA-cam channel at the top

Not sure how the Sennheiser Momentum Tws 3 could win the 3rd position for transparency mode, to me it's so terrible 😂 it's fake more seriously even when compared to the Sony tech. The sound quality is really not worth the 2nd position as well. It's a pity that how hype it's talked about by many reviewers. What an S tier? To me it's just worth being put in A tier and for an almost double price of other S tier ones (like Enco X2) it's really a pain in the a$$. Someone says that this OnePlus Buds pro is very much like Enco X2 (at least they're both tuned by Dynaudio and controlled by the same app Heymelody ) except that this has more bass (like V-shaped profile). So although I've not experienced listening music with this but I own a pair of Enco X2 and it sounds great, really worth the S tier (not like the Momentum tws 3 which I've just purchased recently and really disappointed for its quality coming with such a high price).

Thanks! You never know till you try. The cp360 are similar to the included tips though. If you think a more shallow fit will work better for you though go for the 1025

I just placed an order for the OP Buds Pro2. I ordered the first gen Buds Pro the day they released and gave been using them almost every single day since, first with a OnePlus 7Pro and now a 9Pro. I use them all the time and theyve been the best buds I've had. They aren't perfect by any means, but they're the only earbuds I've ever been able to wear for 4+ hours without my ears hurting. I also prioritize sound quality and comfort over everything else. I almost never use ANC, but sometimes ise transparency. Im excited to check out the second generation and see what the difference is with the added second driver. I got them on sale for $112 with free shipping through the Oneplus store which I believe can only be accessed through a OnePlus phone.
@@Alextrino Unfortunately, OnePlus ruined them with the latest firmware update which got auto downloaded about a week after I got the buds. I haven't touched them since. Horrible audio quality, occasionally they pop or randomly disconnect, hissing and fuzzy vocals. Everything else about them is fantastic, but they're unusable at this point and when I asked OnePlus about a fix, they just said they don't know if or when a new firmware update will be released.
@@4fgaming925 I would give it a shot. Oddly enough, I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S24+ a couple weeks ago and the Buds Pro 2 work perfectly with it. They're integrate better than they did with my OnePlus which is very strange since they're a OnePlus product haha.

Is anyone else having issues with sound distortion? Hi hats frequently sound weird, almost like they are being played on a weaker bluetooth connection compared to everything else. Samsung doesn't support LHDC so it defaults to AAC. I will sadly be returning these.

@@pickyaudio, Have you received the latest firmware enabling LHDC 5.0? This update has really messed up the sound quality for me with lots of low bitrate distortion when using LHDC. I can go into the android developer menu and force higher bitrate and resolve the issue temporarily, but they revert to "adaptive" when I reconnect the buds. Adaptive seems to always select the lowest bitrate even when close to the phone. LHDC is performing worse than AAC and even SBC with this update. Is it just mine or have you experienced this also?
Interesting. I'm using the Sennheiser MTW3 atm but I'm looking to change since I don't really find them that comfortable (so I want to try something with a stem style build). I have a OnePlus phone so I definitely will try these out. If I'm lucky I can sell my Sennheiser's for about the same price so I don't lose any money either.
i currently us oneplus pro buds 1 for sleep and when i move around or work cause of the fit and they dont feel uncomfortable sleeping with and i use the momentum 3 when i want higher volume with insane sound quality, just ordered the buds pro 2r and im happy to hear there 10db louder than the buds 1 as the major gripe i had with them is max volume is to low for me

I've got my eye on the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, but I've noticed they only support LHDC, AAC, and SBC codecs. My Pixel 8 Pro, on the other hand, supports AAC, SBC, aptX, aptX HD, LDAC, LC3, and Opus. I'm curious if the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will deliver a great experience on the AAC codec (I read a rumor about an LC3 codec update too). If not, do you have any recommendations in the ballpark of 150 EUR? Sound quality, volume, and solid bass are my top priorities. Multi-connectivity is a plus for me too. Thanks a bunch! 🙌
No worries! AAC is fine I use my oneplus buds pro 2 on my iPhone with no issues they sound great. The sennhieser momentum 3 are great as well just a bit more expensive. The soundcore Liberty 4/4NC use LDAC but I still think the buds pro 2 sound better with AAC
Call quality comparision is the best. Went over 3 reviews to find how they sound compared to best ones. None had samples like yours.

I noticed this as well with my first gen Pros, they only last about 1.2 hours now, and they are only 14 months old.
what about mic quality, especcialy noisy areas?

Mine suddenly started letting a small amount of noise through the ‘max’ ANC setting. It will toggle on and off just slightly, to where only a little white noise begins to be heard…And I don’t have it set to smart ANC. It’s definitely some kind of issue, was wondering if you’ve experienced this and if there’s a solution. I’ve only had them a few days.

I just got linkbuds s but the sidetone in calls is really bad. Have you experienced this? Ive been looking at either qc2, tw3 or these. I want good sound quality but i also use for calls a lot, and for when im skating. Any recommendations? On android so airpods probably not the best value
i found that there is a standard version called one plus buds pro 2R that dosent have spatial audio and wireless charging and costs around 85 dollars. i was gonna buy the new liberty 4 NC for 85 dollars but now im torn between those 2. does the 2R version have the same audio quality of the originals ? and what would u recommend the 4NC or the oneplus buds for that price ? thanks !

Out of interest, what did you go for? I’m in agreement that the Nothing Ear 2 or the SC Liberty 4 are the best choice for me.
@gemstone008 ended up going for the liberty 4. Got them at 90€ and the OP pro 2 without volume control kinda disappointed me.
I also tried the nothing ear 2 for 2 days and the battery was pretty bad and the stems were really small for me to skip songs and change volume

I think your ranking of the best noise reduction headphones 1 more évo in one of the best in noise reduction I do not find its very justified because in addition 1 more they make headphones but will not lie they are not up to bose or Sony after is not for the same public and budget as Sony and bose 😂the headphones that has the best noise reduction are the Bose quiet comfort ultra but far after I would mete Sony because their noise reduction is good and after Apple with AirPods Pro but meter the 1more évo at the top of your ranking in one of the best in noise reduction clearly no after I share is that I think should not take bad that I tell you otherwise very well the videos of your UA-cam channel at the top

Momentum 3 with their new personalised sound which I think they sound the best with. Buds pro 2 with the slight bass increase.

Not sure how the Sennheiser Momentum Tws 3 could win the 3rd position for transparency mode, to me it's so terrible 😂 it's fake more seriously even when compared to the Sony tech. The sound quality is really not worth the 2nd position as well. It's a pity that how hype it's talked about by many reviewers. What an S tier? To me it's just worth being put in A tier and for an almost double price of other S tier ones (like Enco X2) it's really a pain in the a$$.
Someone says that this OnePlus Buds pro is very much like Enco X2 (at least they're both tuned by Dynaudio and controlled by the same app Heymelody ) except that this has more bass (like V-shaped profile). So although I've not experienced listening music with this but I own a pair of Enco X2 and it sounds great, really worth the S tier (not like the Momentum tws 3 which I've just purchased recently and really disappointed for its quality coming with such a high price).

Thanks! You never know till you try. The cp360 are similar to the included tips though. If you think a more shallow fit will work better for you though go for the 1025

Either pair is great. If you like more bass with your sound go for the buds pro 2. More balanced sound go for the ear 2

I just placed an order for the OP Buds Pro2. I ordered the first gen Buds Pro the day they released and gave been using them almost every single day since, first with a OnePlus 7Pro and now a 9Pro. I use them all the time and theyve been the best buds I've had. They aren't perfect by any means, but they're the only earbuds I've ever been able to wear for 4+ hours without my ears hurting. I also prioritize sound quality and comfort over everything else. I almost never use ANC, but sometimes ise transparency.
Im excited to check out the second generation and see what the difference is with the added second driver. I got them on sale for $112 with free shipping through the Oneplus store which I believe can only be accessed through a OnePlus phone.
So how are they?
@@Alextrino Unfortunately, OnePlus ruined them with the latest firmware update which got auto downloaded about a week after I got the buds. I haven't touched them since. Horrible audio quality, occasionally they pop or randomly disconnect, hissing and fuzzy vocals. Everything else about them is fantastic, but they're unusable at this point and when I asked OnePlus about a fix, they just said they don't know if or when a new firmware update will be released.

@@4fgaming925 I would give it a shot. Oddly enough, I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S24+ a couple weeks ago and the Buds Pro 2 work perfectly with it. They're integrate better than they did with my OnePlus which is very strange since they're a OnePlus product haha.

Edit: It's probably low bitrate. Samsung doesn't support LHDC so it defaults to AAC. I will sadly be returning these.

You can ask Google assistant to set volume up or down. I know it's not handy, but at least something when the phone is not around.

@@pickyaudio, Have you received the latest firmware enabling LHDC 5.0? This update has really messed up the sound quality for me with lots of low bitrate distortion when using LHDC. I can go into the android developer menu and force higher bitrate and resolve the issue temporarily, but they revert to "adaptive" when I reconnect the buds. Adaptive seems to always select the lowest bitrate even when close to the phone. LHDC is performing worse than AAC and even SBC with this update. Is it just mine or have you experienced this also?
Bro! It has messed up the sound a bit for me as well. Trebble is worse and the bass is messy. I’m talking about this in my wfXM5 video coming up.

Interesting. I'm using the Sennheiser MTW3 atm but I'm looking to change since I don't really find them that comfortable (so I want to try something with a stem style build). I have a OnePlus phone so I definitely will try these out. If I'm lucky I can sell my Sennheiser's for about the same price so I don't lose any money either.

i currently us oneplus pro buds 1 for sleep and when i move around or work cause of the fit and they dont feel uncomfortable sleeping with and i use the momentum 3 when i want higher volume with insane sound quality, just ordered the buds pro 2r and im happy to hear there 10db louder than the buds 1 as the major gripe i had with them is max volume is to low for me

I've got my eye on the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, but I've noticed they only support LHDC, AAC, and SBC codecs. My Pixel 8 Pro, on the other hand, supports AAC, SBC, aptX, aptX HD, LDAC, LC3, and Opus.
I'm curious if the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will deliver a great experience on the AAC codec (I read a rumor about an LC3 codec update too). No worries! AAC is fine I use my oneplus buds pro 2 on my iPhone with no issues they sound great. The sennhieser momentum 3 are great as well just a bit more expensive. The soundcore Liberty 4/4NC use LDAC but I still think the buds pro 2 sound better with AAC
