    Even when reality demands that you keep your JT Gladiator family friendly, TeraFlex will satisfy your primal need to go big. Our JT: 1.5” Performance Spacer Leveling Kit allows you to run a larger tire with added clearance on the trail, all while maintaining family-friendly versatility.
    Not only does the 1.5” Performance Spacer Leveling Kit clear larger tires, but the additional height helps compensate for heavier aftermarket bumpers and winch, a larger spare tire, or weekend gear.
    Works with stock length shock absorbers. Does NOT include shocks. We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks. These shock absorbers are engineered to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. The 1.5” Performance Spacer Leveling Kit is offered without shock absorbers. Falcon Performance Shocks are available separately.
    Specs:
    • Fits: JT Gladiator
    • Front Leveling Height: 1.5”
    Max Tire Diameter:
    • Sport/Overland Fenders: 33”
    • Rubicon Fenders: 35”
    Includes:
    • 1” Lift Front Coil Spring Spacers
    • 0.5” Lift Front Coil Spring Spacers
    • 1” front bump stop strike pad extensions - 2
    • All necessary hardware
    Note(s):
    • Max Tire Diameter rated w/ stock wheel backspacing.
    • Wheels w/ less backspacing than stock (4.5-5” backspacing) will require at least 0.5” Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Extensions to avoid tire rubbing on the inner fender liner at full compression when articulated. - NOT INCLUDED.
    • Models with plastic bumpers require removal of bumper-to-fender wind deflector/splash guards in order to fit 35” or larger tires.
    • Works w/ original or stock-length aftermarket shock absorbers (not included in base kit) - Falcon Performance Shocks recommended.
    Install Time: 3 Hours (3.5 Hours w/ shocks)

    With this kit, will i need a new track bar or control arms to correct the geometry? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks... I used a 3/4” spacer on the rear with this on the front and this is exactly the lift I wanted on my Sport S

      I did the same but 2” up front. Added the additional.5” after steel bumper. Its a great, not crazy high but a decent 13” ground clearance

    Great video TerraFlex. I will say that IMO you guys dismantled way more stuff than what's necessary to install a 1.5 inch spacer kit. I think this job is easier to do on the floor actually. Not bashing your video at all but just letting others know there are easier ways to do this that will take a fraction of the time.

    Can I add the 1 inch pucks to make them 2.5" all. Together? I've bought the extra and my ecodiesel has squatted terribly with the winch and bumper so I need literally 2.5" just to bring it back to level

    When installing on the floor instead of a lift with frame supported on jack stands and axle supported with floor jack...is it best to remove both tires, break down both sides, and install both sides all at once, or do one side at a time?

    So... probably a dumb question, but why couldn't I use a spring compressor instead of unbolting all that stuff?

    Bought this kit from ET and had a shop install it. Drivers side spring seems to bow out towards tire. Ride and hight is dead on just worried it's not normal.

    Had a shop install this kit on my 2021 Mojave. Now has a clunk or metal to metal sound after sitting for a few hours only when I first move the Jeep. Does not happen again only when the jeep sits for a while and within the first 0-10 mph of the drive ... Any input?

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому

      It will all depend on the actual height you gain, but at 2.5" you will need some bump stop extensions or lower bump stop shims for proper bumpstop. Caster correction is recommended, but not required.

      With this kit, you might need to adjust your drag link a small amount to re-align your steering wheel. But that should be it.

    If I add an additional 0.5 puck to the 1.5 kit, will I need any other parts? Can any issues arise with the extra 0.5 puck installed?

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому +1

      It depends on where your lift ends up. If you need the extra lift to deal with heavier components you will be fine adding it. Just take a look at your sway bar after the install and make sure it is still parallel to or slightly higher than the ground. feel free to give us a call with any other questions. 801-713-3314

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому +1

      Yes, you sure can. All bumpers and winch setups will be different. You can mix and match spacers to level out the front for your specific weight.

    With the factory Rubicon Fox Shocks, should shock extensions also be purchased or do the Fox Shocks have enough extra travel to accommodate the full 1.5” leveling kit?

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому

      Was told recently by another user that Moper said the shocks may become too extended and would not work. But it would depend on the current weight of the vehicle and how much actual height was gained. With a lighter vehicle, you may lose some up travel of the vehicle and double check that you are not topping out the shocks during normal driving conditions.

    • @allenorrison3035
      @allenorrison3035 4 роки тому +1

      TeraFlexSuspensions that sounds like a lot of variables and a lot of extra work for a job that is supposed to be simple. I would have thought the lift gain (1-1/2”) was a constant, and I thought the weight of the vehicle was also essentially a constant. Why not just sell them with shock extension like competitors do? It’s gotta be a cheap part. I’d pay a little more for them. I’d like to make this purchase, but not if it’s gonna do damage to my shocks.

      @@allenorrison3035 Sorry, for the confusion, looking back, the customer had a sport. This kit will work stock Rubicon length shocks. And will lift exactly 1.5 inches in the front of the jeep from where it currently sits at ride height. In our testing the factory Rubicon shocks performed great and there were no travel issues.

    • @PNW_Car_Mods
      @PNW_Car_Mods 4 роки тому +1

      I have a Sport S Max tow and recently bought a complete set of Rubicon Gladiator Fox Shock take offs on ebay. I can say with certainty that the shocks are the same length. I don't know if it would be an issue or not but I personally would run shock extensions on the front to not limit your down travel. Not sure if you can buy them by themselves or not?

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому

      Factory torque specs should be followed and are 52 ft/lbs + 115°. This equates to about 130-150 ft/lbs from our testing.

    • @teraflexsuspensions

      Mainly to the body line of the jeep, but it will be the 1.5" technically. But clearance under the axles will not change.

    • @teraflexsuspensions
      @teraflexsuspensions  4 роки тому
