Feels more likely that the tiktoks were already trending since they show up on that dudes fyp. The people getting served those tiktoks "naturally" interacted with them more than they would've if they hadn't seen the dudes fyp. Also as seen in some of the comments people even linked back to the tiktok of the dude fyp (I'm guessing that would help the algorithm connect the dots). Then Caanths look at that tiktok and interact with it and gets placed into the algorithm with the other people interacting with it. Then again he keeps interacting with these new tiktoks showing up because of the original tiktok and the cycle continues.
Or it's some tiktok curse I guess who the fuck knows
