Can I take this if I have hypoglycemia issues (possibly reactive hypoglycemia), and Hashimoto’s? I am not diabetic but have spells of reactive hypoglycemia. I control it with a semi low carb/high protein diet. I haven’t had dangerous lows in a couple of years. (That was due to a hysterectomy. My body went whack-a-doodle for a while.)

Any doctor who pushes drugs over food to treat most metabolic disease should be not only ignored, but ridiculed in my opinion...
