Ya, this is exactly my question, too. How is this any different from becoming anorexic with the aid of a medication that makes you not feel the hunger from starving yourself? If you're eating little enough to lose weight then your body is eating it's fat stores in place of the food you'd otherwise be eating which is literally how anorexic people lose weight, right? Or am I missing something?
