Whether it can pull it (or not) is down to weight and traction to meet the required draught (F). The draught(F) required will be affected by soil conditions. How FAST it can pull it is down to horsepower, assuming the gear ratio required is available. P=Fv, so v = P/F (for many years the largest tractor on my father's UK farm of 130 acres was a Massey Ferguson 165, eventually upgraded to a 4Wd Ford 6710)
