Interestingly the UT5042 has "spider" like tillage wheels that are similar to the old Lilliston row crop cultivators from years ago. My brother had a couple of the Lilliston row crop cultivators and I remember the units leaving a very nicely muched soil surface. He now has a Great Plains Turbo Till vertical tillage machine. I ran it last spring for a couple of days. I can see where the UT's would leave a very nice, level seedbed that any crop farmer would love to have at planting time. And without creating a "hard pan"....
Have you seen any of the High Speed Discs in action like the Degelman Protill, Norwood Kwik Till, or the Horsch Anderson Joker? They are the new tillage equipment to have in North Dakota. They till up the land a little more than the Great Plains or the Salfords.
Yes I filmed two Pro Tills last fall. Very impressive. I have a Speed Till as well in the 100 years of John Deere video here on BTP. I plan to film a UFO this spring.
Thanks for a really informative video, always good to learn about different approaches to tillage. Great Plains closed their U.K. factory last year which was a shame as the Kubota group had absorbed a popular U.K. brand called Simba and put out their products in Great Plains livery. The Kubota group is an exceptional producer of ag. kit from a quality and practicality point of view. Is there any Kverneland branded machinery in western Kentucky that you know of ?
The John Deere 9510RT and Turbo Chopper were on another farm but helped the story. The Ultra-Till is on a very loyal AGCO farm. Their only non AGCO is the New Holland 4wd.
It's so that he can run his John Deere planter. John Deere makes it impossible to run there planters without the greenstar receivers and monitors if you want to run their shutoffs, section control, and variable rate...that's why everyone retrofits them on. He's probably also steering with it to, with one of their universal kits.
Hello sir, you gave me your email the other day and I sent a test email. Did you receive it? I’m the one in another UA-cam that asked what your favorite all-around tractor was and that I bought 4,000 acres, etc. Thanks much
Thanks for sharing! We love to see our products hard at work!
It’s always exciting to see Great Plains machines at work.
This is really cool how you did the full year to show how this implement worked out
I plan to do more this way showing the seasons.
bigtractorpower nice
Great video! Love the year round theme from tillage, plant to harvest
Glad you enjoyed. I may Show seasons like this.

I do not know off any Kevernerland equipment in Western Kentucky. In Western New York several farms use 10 bottom Kevernerland plows.
Thank you BTP great video
Thank you.
Great Job on another video!!
Thank you for watching.
Blue Power! 👍

It's strange to see a comment like this from a person that have JD'S logo 😅
JDs are my favourite after NH 😉
The chimney of the background is from a coal power plant? Thanks
That is a coal fired electric plant fueled by West Kentucky coal.
REQUEST- Can you do a video on Fendt tractors??? Thank you for listening, love your videos!!!🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
Good request. I have a 512, 514 and 724 tractors filmed. Stay tuned.
Excellent video
Farmer has a lot of different types of equipment.😎
The John Deere 9510RT and Turbo Chopper were on another farm but helped the story. The Ultra-Till is on a very loyal AGCO farm. Their only non AGCO is the New Holland 4wd.
Question- On that AGCO, are the front duals smaller/narrower than the front tires? Or is just an illusion?
They may be. I did not get to look at the tire sizes when I filmed this DT250B.
Why is that the MF tractor has 2 GPS Antennas ?
I will have to ask the farmer. One is GreenStar and the other is TopCon which AGCO uses as an option.

Let me check. I had not had a chance to read emails the last two days.
Hi. I have not viewed your email. Could you try emailing contact@bigtractorpower.com
Muito bom... Very good...
Thank you for watching.
Evidently that piece of equipment ain't hard to pull
wha Wha very nice job
P
Why not just disk the fields
Lighter tillage to lessen hard pan.
Crapture @7:34 lol
Trator legal
Lol Case didn't have to get in this video we let the light weights handle the light equipment
The New Holland T9.450 is the same tractor as a Case IH Steiger 400.
I concur ;-)
