80s was a time that was both raw and powerful in so many ways. Film, TV, Music and other forms of entertainment were unique and groundbreaking and really put current times of now to shame. I recalled watching The Hidden back in 1992 and was wowed by its sheer brilliance in acting, story and action. So sad Cinema can only replicate and not make anything as original like back then. Hail to a great decade that echos well to this day and age and Beyond ⭐💫🛡👑

I love The Truth! I think they had three CDs. This is a GREAT CD and a must purchase if you can find it. The song Edge of Town was featured in the Miami Vice TV show years back! How many of you remember that?
So few people know about this amazing movie i seen it back in the 80s and it is still as good today. They need to re release it in the Movies in 3D it is simply non stop action from start to finish with a great storyline with a fine cast of actors

Albums included Weapons Of Love, Playground, Five Live, etc. You can find their albums on the internet if you look. Dennis Greaves was/is also leader of a band known as Nine Below Zero.
I always remembered the ending scene as a kid when the alien slug crawled out of the charred body. Used to give me nightmares. I watched it recently as an adult and it is a good B-movie. Was surprised by Michael Nouri being so good in this and future Dale Cooper as the cop buddy from outer space. There's an emotional aspect (Sacrifice for your family) I didn't expect in that kind of eighties movie. The Truth's Hidden is typical 80's cool song.

Kyle McLachlan's character carried so much sadness in him even in the end there was no triumph. But all in all fantastic film glad to have my copy. 😊😎👍
It's so true. We find out that the alien criminal killed his family, and when he came to Earth, his partner as well. Just like the parasitic alien slug, he is all alone in the universe; the difference being that his loniness is his suffering/punishment. Also, he seems to feel immense guilt for each victim of the alien renegade, knowing that every person that it takes over and everyone it kills is because he failed to stop it earlier. Then, in the end, he has to watch the first human to trust him and in essence become his new partner, dying because of his failures. Which I believe is why he chose to take over his body in the end, to spare his new partner's family the agony that he himself has endured for so long. Such great acting in a really classic B-movie.
The songs and albums are hard to find. Some critics panned their work, but I don't care what a critic says. As an part-time musician, I don't listen to critics. know what I like. :) Glad you also like the album. I think I have it on CD some where. LOL.
