Done. I have one question. I struggle with Skandasana side lunge as I can't keep my foot of the bent leg flat. Are there any modifications or ways I can achieve this pose.
I was looking up yoga videos for splits and came across this one. I was able to finish the whole sequence using yoga blocks. I can't get my heels on the floor for malasana and skandasana. I couldn't achieve the full pose, which is fine, as I wasn't expecting to on the first try.
