    Excellent. Will try this. Now I am working with the previous one. Practicing regularly to achieve your logo posture. My yoga journey started with your class. 6month ego i can't do yoga properly. Today I am able to do surya namaskar 27 rounds within 20 minutes. I really enjoying yoga. Its gives amazing feel. Thanks Preeti. Loads of love ❤

    There is one query....when I practice hard poses my periods comes early for about 8 days...so can you give me any sugesion?

    I can do parshvakonasana all variations. But I can't do the twist like right hand goes down to left leg.

      Since you can do crow.. you can easily achieve this

    Nooooo... Couldn't do this side pose. ☹️ But I could hold crow pose for longer than b4💪. I couldn't attempt side pose, I mean i just couldn't dare.
