To close out the regular season, Steve Ballmer covered all the concessions for the final game with Houston. What a great owner!
Beautiful Thank you MR BALLMER, IVE been a fan since May of 1986.. Cannot wait to see a game 2024-25 .. LAC STYLE
Impressive build!
The exterior looks cool. Reminds me of some soccer stadiums in Europe.
Excellent music choice
This arena looks very futuristic.
Very cool. They really squeezed it in there. Remarkable. Of course, excellent video.
Good work again John Kay. I don't know if you think the same thing, but seeing your aerial video, I can now see why they probably don't need the small piece of land where that house at 10226 Prairie Avenue now sits.
Great drone footage and amazing views. 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing. Subbed and Liked. 👍👍👍
That "moat" on the west side of the building is interesting, not sure what the architect had in mind!
That's so funny that you called it a moat. I was thinking the same kind of thing. When I saw it, I was thinking "What the hell is that?" I didn't remember it from the original plans and wondered if it was a change made as a precaution after seeing the recent flooding in SoCal and the likelihood of that being more common in the future.
It's beautiful. I just wish it didn't look like it's hemmed in by the surrounding neighborhood and by it's own VIP parking garage.
But it does look like it’s surrounded by neighborhoods because it is.
Not a great location plus that’s Lakers fans live there.
@josecarranza7555 Ain't nobody thinking about the sorry ass lakers nowadays. Those are clippers fans now
@@jersey00scraps Don’t forget to take your championship banners to your new arena?
@josecarranza7555 if no different then playing in their current arena it's just they can actually call their new place home and build from there.
@@jersey00scraps And it won’t change anything, the clippers are the clippers and will win nothing.
Hey John! Longtime subscriber. Wondering if you'd be able to cover the terminal construction over at BUR Airport? Would love to get your documentation of it over the next couple years.
They were quick getting reports, land, approvals & construction. Yet can’t get more housing stock to bring down rents.
Any updates on the rams new practice site?
Now if only Ballmee can help fund the inglewood people mover it would be great
The facade and roof fall short of what was in the renderings...
How much for the drone permit
What if it rains. All the opening would leak water

You should see the doctor.
Clippers don’t forget to take your championship banners with your new arena.
Lakers don't forget to own a building lol
@@monster32392 What good is owning the building if you don’t win any championships and no banners lol

🤣😂😂😂
it has an outdoor stadium feel but its an indoor arena with that completely exposed entry. Are there actual doors? is there just one exit after a game? Looks very tight space. It doesnt look very well thought out. 0:51 its funny how some triangles had to be left out because of a door lol. so amateur looking. 0:35 again those triangles just just floating like that looks like a bad haircut. VIP parking garage just looks cheap and out of place.
