I like your microfiber drag-test for burrs, imperfections.
    Appreciate your sharing this, thanks...

Thanks for the hands on review! Practical experience after several months of usage is so valuable!
What are your thoughts on heat and cooling with water? I own the Mk1 and usually dunk the knives in water between passes. Sometimes I can see bubbles forming near the edge from heat if I go too aggressively.

A couple questions come to mind from the video:
    - Any idea what the difference is between the blue and white compounds offered on currycustomcutlery?
    - Did you say the yellow abrasive cleaning sticks are not helpful with the work sharp system compared to a larger belt sharpening system?
A video on how you reduce the bolster with the work sharp (workflow/belt preferences to try to match previous finish?) would be neat. Coming from the wicked edge system I didn’t offer that service in the past, so have a few practice knives I’m getting ready to jump into learning the process.
FYI I checked with a digital angle gauge, and the front vs back reference surface were within 0.1 degrees of each other for me which was quite impressive. The rear one seems like less movement to reset reference on the knife (not sure how much you use the front reference edge either though so may not be relevant).
Listened to the podcast episodes you did as well, those were neat to hear because i've been on a similar journey, glad to see others are doing the same and making it work!

@@bobekdj thanks. I cringe when I watch those, but do need to get more of the journey out there. I’m always happy to help. You can email me at nate@simplysharpatl.com if you have questions.
No idea what the difference is, but the blue is much more effective than the white and cleaner than the green.
The abrasive cleaning stick is awesome.
I may already have a video on bolster reduction. If not, I’ll make one.

That bolster looks like it would be a problem. Doesn't look like the heel of the blade will contact the cutting board.

@@bretkoesser it for sure is a problem. I mentioned that I should fix it but didn’t for the sake of the video. It is repaired now.

How do you create a burr when you grind one side and then flip it over and grind the other side?

How do you go about getting customers since your module is mobile based do you just go around in the neighborhood and ring the door bell . Just getting in to this business here in Canada and find it difficult to reach out to the community. Any advice or guidance please. Many Thanks
