Gday guys. 👍👍 for the Grab me Gear. I bought a cuppla pouches with the dash organiser a cuppla years ago. Initially wasn’t sure if I’d use the pouches, now I’ve got 10! Compressor bag is also awesome. Just a note, the original range is all Australian made, however their newer (cheaper) range, Slow’a, is Australian designed n Chinese made.

Yet (another) great video. Liking all the insider tips & use of product in application. My Landcruiser Prado (yes it is a Landcruiser according to my rego renewal) runs a s’less steel 3” exhaust which along with a “mild tune” to the 3.0 L turbo gets up & boogies. I’m sure Leroy.s “acoustically enhanced” V8 power plant will also benefit from the bigger exhaust. Great work guys!

Honestly a service loop should be an AS3000 standard its the most annoying thing when you have to run a whole new cable because some idiot left no play in the run.

It is a must to use hightemp rtv on all your gaskets and flange joints. Those aluminium gaskets will fail without it. Might be worth swapping to slimline number plates especially on the front where the plate is closer to the ground

Let's face it, before I watch the whole episode and hear the exhaust note - the real reason for fitting a larger diameter exhaust is for the smiles it puts on your face, period. Nurture your inner boy/girl racer I say. If I could put a 2" exhaust on my Honda lawnmower I would. 😉

I've upgrade my Exhaust to a Torquit twin exit and to be honest it's sound ok but nothing significant enough to justify the outlay. It's twin 3inch.
tbh I thought I wouldn't get much more sound out of ours either but its way better now. I would love for you to hear ours in the flesh, we are 3inch from the dpf then into a single 4 inch and you can 100% hear the difference, a lot of people have accused us of putting a boost chip in or accused us of removing the dpf ect.. because its so much louder, ill try to get some shots of the car under load in the videos coming up and you can see if our manta system is any better than the torquit
Mate Percy V2 has taken quite the transformation. Looking & sounding good. Shame you couldn’t give us a tune on the didj 😢

We loved our Prado too!! Wish it could tow more and we wouldn’t of sold it!! Cruiser is a lovely car though
Mate great videos… just check that old exhaust it looked like the tail pipe was black with soot…. I just had our 200 get all new injectors and new dpf’s under warranty because it was blowing a small amount of soot. Ours has 80k km on it and the exhaust should of been spotless…. Just something to check keep up the great videos

Hi Sarha and Keelan not sure if you have one or even looked into them, but I have just installed a IDraive EVC Throtle controler on my 2014 prado and found that it's made a HUGE differance with acceleration and ecconemy depending on the setting i put it on. I bought mine from Repco for $209.00 and it only took my 5min to install and I couldn't be happy with the new responsiveness of the prado and I think you would be happy with it on the LC200.

Mate you don’t have to explain whether the DPF’s are in or not, as soon as you start it everyone knows within the first 3 seconds. I say out, it’s common sense. The V8 was ok to run in 2015 without but somehow in 2016 not ok. The world has lost the plot. This engine sounds beautiful when not choked up. Your 200 looks sick, great build!!
William I can swear on my life the DPF is still in haha it would bark a lot more than it does trust me, straight through no muffler 4inch system haha it should be louder than a Harley but it’s still very quiet. Testament to the manta team for a good system that makes people think it’s out

I'm looking at fitting the same exhaust as you,is there any drone inside the car?
With having the draws so high have you considered how you will access the rear door top access panel to allow you to open the rear door if the lock fails.
I Havnt to be honest but there are plenty of what ifs and sometimes to address all of them it would be a never ending saga! Good thinking though Jeff appreciate the wisdom mate!

Is the solar panel hooked up to the fridge?
The solar panel is hooked up to a 40amp dcdc charger and the dcdc charger chargers the 200ah itech lithium battery then the fridge is hooked up to the battery

Why not just use the original Staun tyre deflates, what do the I ones do that's better?
They have psi markings on the side so you can change them on the go, stauns are great but they are set to one psi and that’s it these you can adjust to suit sand gravel caravan whatever
