I couldn’t even recommend to someone young, it’s worth it to stop at the plank so your not getting injured, trying to feel better! Oh and the Camel ... on the way up is when you pull the belly in it will protect your lower spine. On the way back, I use two hands on my lower back, deep exhale, relax the front body. Inhale belly in to come up! Have a blessed day !!!
When we do the first rite, correct way is have your gaze looking down with your eyes, when we are children up to 7 rounds, then as you say 21 rounds as adults. the fingers are also facing down in the first rite, also it is worth to mention yu must do in a clockwise direction.. It also helps with the Endicrone system and energy on a cellular level. you don't go changing the rites, this is a big no!!
