The 5 Tibetan Rites: The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth

- The Five Tibetan Rites are five simple kriyas (movements through two or more poses) that can be completed in less than 20 minutes and will help you live the long healthy, vigorous life of a Tibetan Monk. Just look at the Dalai Lama, who doesn't want to look as young, vigorous and happy as he is!
On the recommendation of my wise spiritual teacher, I have just begun this practice and even after years of using yoga to overcome a back injury, I can feel the difference with The Five Tibetan Rites.
It brings a peace and calmness and helps clear my mind. Which I feel is the natural intent of the practice since its beginning.
Namaste
The presence of HH just calms me so much. Thank you.
If only these were practiced correctly! PLEASE take a look at Peter Kelder's original detailed anatomical illustrations.
Kindly include close captions function to this video to make some of us subscribers understand more easily what are being said!
Please make the audio louder - especially as you don’t have close caption function included. It’s hard to hear & understand what is being said.
Thank you
May I do other weight lifting exercises along with the 5 Tibetan rites, please advice
Yes you can do any exercises you desire as long as you can keep it up 🙂 the rites done properly takes a good amount of energy and if you have extra energy go for it, that question was answered in the book Which you can hear in some UA-cam channels good luck and happy journey 😊
This is awesime stuyf.
dear, please answer me what is the name of the breathing technique shown by the Dalai Lama and if the full show is where on UA-cam
it’s called alternate nostril breathing 😉

Rite 3 is different from what I learned. You have the arms in a back lock instead of next to your body. May I ask why?
AGREE, DO WHAT YOU LEARNED.
its correct.. as it is said in the book: "the hands should be placed against the thigh muscles." READ!! MORE!!

Very bad audio....not clear of what is being said.
Dude, enhance the volume if you wish.
What makes you think that the Dalai Lama "doesn't want to look as young, vigorous and happy as he is"? Did he say so, or are you trying to read his mind or something? I think he DOES want to look as young, vigrous and happy as he is, despite your claim to the contrary.
They didn't say that. You must have difficulty with puncations. They asked WHO DOESNT want to look young LIKE Dali lama. Lol.
@@gratisgratis7823 Here it is, copied and pasted word for word: "Just look at the Dalai Lama, who doesn't want to look as young, vigorous and happy as he is!" How do they know what he wants or doesn't want? Why assume he doesn't want to look as young, vigorous and happy as he is? They think he wants to be young, vigorous and happy without looking it? Doesn't make sense. Get a clue.
🙏🙌😌❤
Hope this work's!!!!
