Priority of traffic light signal phases is based on the class of the roads and right of way rules somewhat. The sequence of signal phases are always the same (cannot jumble up) but the duration of each phase would be adjusted based on the traffic (somewhat). Anyway, nice video! Bro can comment, what kind of modifications that are allowed or legal in Singapore? Can you install crash bar, aftermarket side mirrors or anything like that? How about aftermarket exhaust with DB killer?
