I never like videos, EVER, but I’ve liked every yoga video I’ve practiced with you. Your warmth and calm allows me to keep going even when the stretch is tough. I used to watch tv before bed and fall asleep to ASMR (and although I still do this sometimes) now I practice yoga many mornings and nights, have a cold shower and then crawl into bed to read. I never sleep better or have a better morning than when I practice yoga with you. Keep up the amazing work.
Hi Jessica, your videos have really helped me a lot this year! I am not going out much at the moment as I'm waiting for heart surgery and am extremely vulnerable to Covid so have been working out from home and your yoga videos have really calmed my mind and help stretch my body at a time when I'm not able to go out and move about as much! I love how clearly you talk through everything because I am working out in such a small space it's not always the easiest to glance at the screen in some postures. I hope you don't mind, I included you in my round up of the most underrated fitness UA-camrs on my channel. My channel is small but I hope it helps spread the words about how great you are!

Ohhh if I told you. I got covid just when I was having a serious exercise routine and three weeks on bed killed my body. Your videos have helped me so much to gain my strength and energy back while I recover. Thank you so much
I have been doing your yoga classes for two weeks now, gradually increasing the length of the classes from 10 min and now I can do up to 30min and more challenging workouts. I've been doing your classes for a week and I appreciate them so much! The pace that you do is perfect for me and lets me get a lot deeper into the poses. You're extremely soothing to listen to and you do poses that I really don't see in other vids. Also your descriptions are excellent which is great when you can't see the screen. Thank you so much for what you do, I love it!

Great channel!! These are well crafted routines and the option of different lengths of time is great as I am trying to get back into regular yoga after letting it slide for awhile. Good yoga is meditative and takes care of your mind also. A half hour of yoga is better than two hours on a spin bike.

Really hard because I'm a beginner, but still a great one, the side planks are the ones I struggled most with. I like that you actively encourage breathing!
This was great! Somehow doable with a mostly-recovered wrist sprain; really felt like a positive investment in upper body strength. Challenging but good!
This was PERFECT for me right now. A couple moments a bit beyond my ability to hold, but I love having an attainable goal . The pacing, the speed and energy of your voice, the barely audible music were what I need. Question /Note on Modifiers: As a man with thick muscular thighs and calves, the seated pose going into camel can't be held that long. Any suggestions for a modifier so we don't injure ankle and foot tendons, muscles, joints? THANK YOU SO MUCH
