Thank you for stopping by Jorge, there are many recipes of doing bacalaitos. In my family we always done the bacalaitos this way and they are delicious but I’m sure your way is good too, so it’s just preference at this point….. 🙂
I'm so confused I thought it was a Haitian patties cause my mom made this all the time now that I'm thinking about it my Haitian dad speaks good Spanish and he was born in a small village or country side between Haiti and Dominican Republic which I'm so confused my mom did say my mother said we are mixed with Spanish descent but not sure I don't even look like my parents or family

Authentic bacalaitos are made with salted Cod ! Not Pollock. There is a world of difference. Your viewers should know this 👎🏻
