Tal Farlow was tapping in the 1940's so it's nothing new.
Phenomenal! WOW WOW WOW this is ELECTRIC! I've watched this so many times. If there's anyone like Rory I'd love to know
24yers ago the earth was a smile less Heaven a smile richer SLEEP EASY RORY MARGO 🎸🎶🎵🎶🎸♥️♥️♥️☘
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I love the start to this song it grabs you by the balls and doesn't let up.
Perhaps the best version of "Shin Kicker"... Rory's definitely the best guitarist ever... Love him !
THIS is Rock'n'Roll!

Rory...one of the greatest...unforgotten...!!!
Personne n'égalera jamais mon Rory ❤️
This is one of my favourite songs of all time and this live recording brings back amazing memories of me hearing it live at the Glasgow Aplollo in the early 80's. Even my two teenage kids love it - he's a timeless genius !!!
Such incredible energy. That strat because an extension of the man when he played. A great talent gone too soon.
Rory forever !!! I saw him in Lyon France 1974 and I'll never forget this amazing guitar player, the best I've ever seen in my life ! Thanks a lot for share !!!
blistering guitar work, a performance few could match, a unique talent. One of the few people that makes me proud to be Irish
Holy cow, Rory was truly THE BEST live performer of the 70s.... Live he was so entertaining to watch, and played many new/different versions of songs as opposed to trying to replicate the album' versions, often his Live performances were much MUCH more amazing than the studio cuts, (that's why '74 Irish Tour was one of his biggest albums!!)
My love for him never dies. I'm soooooooooo sad for never seeing him alive. Seeing Johnny Winter eased my pain.
Best version ever.
makes me sad that we will never see guitarist like rory anymore, such flawless playing and energy in his performance.
also gerry mcavoy is one of the best bassits to watch and hear, played with rory for yonks
Brilliant. My favourite ever guitarist and live performer. Nobody like him.
omfg what a powerful creature!
If I could only listen to one guitarist for the rest of my life it would be Rory. Phenomenal.
Breathtaking…………..no other words
Rory and that old Strat were one.Totally awesome

Mallorca-Spain
La verdad alvaro rory fue el mejor guitarrista y el bajosta tambien en si un capo taste tambien
Rory Gallagher and his boys going crazy and talking to themselves. What killer rocking tune and will sound just as good and fresh if played in 200 years time, I was at this gig, the memories are still completely fresh in my mind as it happened yesterday. The woodworks sneaked out of the timber on the floor and left the stage, they just could not take the volume and vibrations. Forget about time, Rory makes this totally timeless
jesus, thank you for posting. One of my favorite songs of his. GREAT FUCKIN VERSION.
Greatness right there
iv said it before.he sounds like 10 people.thanx for this....just priceless.
