i wanna trim my hair but my split ends are so high so if I cut my hair imma look like Dora
Oh me too
Cutting your hair is an effective way to get rid of split ends. . . If you shave your head. Your split ends are throughout your whole head, and trims will not help, unless your hair is uneven or wispy at the ends. Instead of whole hair trims, take some time before bed and go through your hair and cut our individual split ends, I do it, and get 70 a day, and it works
@@gloryhampton8002 i agree with half of your comment
@@lambgaming1347 k😟
@@gloryhampton8002 trims help thats why i only agree with half. i believe they help, i agree with the rest tho. i liked ur comment
Your tips are similar to Holistichabits. You both have amazing hair
Love always Jasmine yeah they’re way too similar, I feel like she’s copying holistic habits
Zoe Markham or the tips actually work and that’s why they both use them
Exactly
Yeah the same
I feel the same.. Love them both ❤️
Heyy just some video ideas for you:
-best affordable shampoo and conditioner. -hairstyles with scrunchies. -protective hairstyles. -hair hacks/ tips.
-how to tell what hairtype you have
I started my hair care routine at the start of this year and without noticing i've been brushing and braiding my hair before going to bed every night, and when i sleep out i always bring a hairtie with me and i put my hair in a messy high bun, i started following you also in january (i think) and you've helped me a lot with my hair growth journey, with the tips and information so thank you so much for that 💗
Neni mujica I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you 💗💗💗
Neni mujica I agree with everything u said! It was almost "my" post 😀
Winter hair growth challenge plsss
Mary Shipley yasssss
Perfect!!! Thank you for this video. I've been on my hair journey for almost 4 years and I normally trim my hair twice a year. I'm trying to only trim once a year now to see how long my hair can actually grow so this video is super timely
I had a tek hairbrush but my grandma used it once and loved it so much that I gave it to her😂 so I need to buy a new one
Bahar Vatanparast omg aw haha that’s so nice of you!!
cutest comment of the day
Bahar Vatanparast cute!!!
Yaass! Love that!
I've been following all your tips since I think january and I actually see a major difference. My hair is sleeker and less frizzy and definitely longer. Thanks a lot!!😀
Just found your channel and love it already!!!! You’re very educated on hair health which is a huge plus because it helps us girlies or guys to be more informed.
Would definitely love to see a scalp health video!! Currently going through rebuilding my hair/ scalp health after getting it bleached twice this year and badly each time. I sure learned my lesson 😩😩
Hope you see this comment!! Have a great day 🌼
I get so excited every time you upload! 💗💗
Priscilla M thank you so much 💗

Omg yes a brush video would be great
SCALP HEALTH!!
Tysm! I needed this 😩
Thank you so much for the Tips!!! You are beautiful! Love your hair! 💕
I don't understand why hair salons use hot water to wash hair. Sometimes I wonder if the hair salons are doing things for the best interest of your hair instead for the quick buck. Anyway love your videos =)
Zondré Whiteley thank you so much!
I agree, the hairdresser don't care about the health of you hair only the looks and being shiny and that the reason they love silicones so much😯
Thank you!!💗 you’re such a helpful person. We love you 😍
And I really would like to see scalp health next week
hayat Ahmad you’re so sweet! I love you most 💗💗 thank you 🤗
I love ur cup❤️
These are some really great tips! Thanks for sharing! I've been on my hair growth journey for 9 years now, and I do have to say with my hair type I have to use silicones on my hair, and sometimes i have to use shampoos with sulfates in it. Because, I always get product buildup. I only use shampoo with sulfates once a week, and I then i follow up with a heavy duty good conditioner afterwards. Now, as for staying away from heat with my hair's texture and type I need to use a blow-dryer but I only have to use it for 5 minutes after every wash, and i wash my hair 3 times a week. Everytime I wash my hair I spray a good leave-in conditioner, and it has some type of heat protectant in it but the majority of the times I just let my hair air-dry up to 100%. Then, I'll blow-dry for only 5 minutes. But sometimes before I blow-dry i apply an oil to the hair all over, and that really leaves my hair well-moisturized! Now, about the silicones I use a heavy silicone product on my hair every now and then called, "SiliconeMix," and it really works wonders for my hair! It really moisturizes it, and gives my hair a beautiful shine! And, I also still able to seal in other moisturizing products like an oil with the silicones in it. I use a heavy oil.
“Do you wanna take longer” 😂 great video btw, You’re my go to channel for hair health/tips✨
Lmao he's so annoying! Thank you so much 😭 💗
Hello! New sub here! 👋🏻💆🏻♀️
Your tips are definitely true and proved to really work. I myself have one meter long hair and doing each of these things is extremely essential, the no heat first and foremost.
Love it thank you!!!
You should do a protective styles video!!! 💕
Best vidéos ever ❤️
I have been on my hair growth journey for a year now and I have been getting a lot of new growth on top of my head...which making it sooo frizzy
I would love a Video about brushing hair like how many times should i do it and how etc. ..... ❤
This was basically a Holistichabits video but thank you for the advice ❤😊
Pro tip you can also apply oil to the brush then brush you hair starting at your ends to your roots. If you have dry hair, helps to distribute oil better than using hands imo.
You’re gorgeous!
Hey, thanks for the tips. I have butt length hair, but it's tapered towards the end, cause of breakage and split ends. I'm scared of taking it to the salon for a trim, cause I know they will chop off a lot to make it level. And I don't want that. 😥
Hi, so I have long hair but I am thinking about cutting it because I feel like it defeats the purpose of having ling hair and it being damaged. I just want to say thank you for this video
Another good video. I got a kick of your sibling banter being kept in the final cut. :0)
megalopolis2015 haha thank you! He was taking forever to get in the house and go to his room 😂
I wanna know more about the wooden brush thing *-*
Does it hurt to leave macadamia oil in your hair for days on your ends?
Can you please tell which shampoo you use mostly please tell
I have baby hair sticking out by I used to take off a strand and now lots of baby hairs are sticking out and I have lots of split ends and idk what to do :(
Going back to old videos for reference is a regular thing for me during my hair growth journey! 😅
What are some protective styles for short hair?
When you shower, but don't wash your hair, do you make jour hair wet, or keep your had out of the shower?
I cant comb with wooden comb 🥺it didn't work for my hair
Could you do a video on cute hairstyles for the gym?
My hair have become very dry and little baldness is there at the centre tip of my forehead :(
My hair *touchwood* grows long on time but they are thinner than before :(
I've been thinking about trying out the ACURE shampoo and conditioner, specifically the Acure Mega Moisture Argan Oil and Pumpkin Shampoo and Conditioner. I was wondering if you could do a review on that brand plsssss.
I'm currently trying them out! I'll be filming a review really soon :)
When i hod split ends my mom tried to trim it buy it ended up a bit jagged (i cried seceretly)
Can I wash my hair only with water without using any shampoo?
By washing hair you mean wetting it or using shampoo and conditioner?
Actly aftr highlgtng ma hair i litrly gt split ends..i hve lng strgt hair bt i donno hw to get rid of this shit plss help me out dea..😢
I got a haircut today and got it really short. All my split ends are gone so I hope I keep it that way. I wash my hair everyday and will be buying good shampoo and conditioner
Idk why but when I get a trim, the split ends just comes back after like a week, so i’m afraid to get a hair cut since if i cut it short the split ends will just end up going higher, and I’m also scared of not cutting it since my hair looks like a hot mess
Same with me 😭
Wheres the mug from?😍😍
I keep getting them on my eyelashes on my right eye!
I would also mention to avoid chemicals such as dyes.
Need on scalp health... My hair gets oily on the 3rd day after my wash... My ends are super dry causing more split ends.
And I also hv dandruff..... Pls do a video on that
Mary Shalini Use an apple cider vinegar rinse on your wash days. It helps with a TON of scalp problems. Dandruff included.
The ACV works wonders. I have also added aloe vera gel to my calia shampoo in the shower. This has helped with relieving itchy scalp
Have you tried oiling your ends?
@@shipshop4920 yes
Ship Shop how do you do that
No wonder I got split ends. I had no idea that hair was so sensitive. I will definitely follow your advice
The only downside with my hair is I have to wash it regularly, because if I don't, my scalp will produce dandruff like crazy 🙈
Because If you have thin hair or Fine hair, wash them daily is more healthy to your hair,my hair get greasy If i don't wash them daily and is not because of my shampoo, neither sun/heat demage,i have always take Care of my hair and i don't use sulfates on my hair and If i do not wash them regularly this make my hair worse, people with coarse/thick hair don't need to wash everyday, our hair is different so what Works to them doesn't always work to my type of hair and i have to use hairdryer,my hair gets better with hairdryer them without him, because my hair is really sensitive when he is wet and i Lose a good amount of hair If i let my hair wet.
Hey! Awesome video! I tried protective styles (braids) a few times and at the day it works quite fine but when I do them at night I get extremely tangled hair the next day 😥
Try doing a loose bun on the top of your head instead!
@@OrganicallyAnna thank you! 😊
Thank you for the nice video. Trimming hair prevents split ends. Right?
Chandrima Rahman yes! Regular trims are very important :)
Scalp health please!!! Mine is freaking out😭😭
How long do you think it will take for my hair to get from mid back length to tailbone length?
Sarah Garza it depends on your genes, hair type, how much you grow per month on average, how much of that growth you retain, how often you trim, etc
What kind of hair ties do you use? I always worry about getting breakage around the hair ties because that's where the hair is most constricted.. if that makes sense.
On a sad note, I just got a hair trim and only asked for half an inch just to remove my split ends, and the hair stylist cut almost two inches. 😢 It was getting so long and now it feels like I'm starting over with my hair growth efforts. :(
Ellie King I’ve been using the hair ties from TIY, you basically get to tie it yourself and choose how tight you want it! They don’t damage the hair and they don’t pull on my scalp either. But any hair tie with no metal or plastic pieces on it will work. Scrunchies are always a safe bet because they’re soft and gentle, plus they’re so cute lol
This is nothing to do with split ends or the video but when ever I finish from my shower, I either slightly dry my hair with a blow dryer or air dry, and for some reason it gets frizzy from the top and also the front pieces of my hair are just really frizzy. What can I do? ❤️
Hey try to use cotton cloth instead of towels . worked for me also reduce blow drying your hair. Byeee
I have a question for you,my hair type is wavy,I have medium long hair but my Split ends come not even a month after i cut it and I don't use heat on my hair,i wash my hair once a week and i brush my hair with wooden brush WHAT SOULD I DO?
you probably aren’t trimming enough when u get one
I had the same problem. Drink more water x
0:01 the most emotion youve shown on this channel lol
Hi! do you use dry shampoo on no-washing days?
Su Nyein Nyein Chan yes! But I only use it the last 1-3 ish days before I wash. I can usually hold off until the day before I wash but if it’s really bad I’ll use it 2 days before 😅 I use the Batiste dry shampoo :)
“Definitely check that oot” ^^
I shower everyday and shampoo about twice a week and cowash the days I don’t shampoo. When people say not to wash your hair everyday, do they just mean not to use shampoo or should we not be cowashing either? Or wetting it? I saw a curly girl hair care video and I think she said she doesn’t wet her hair daily. So I’m not sure if that’s specific to curly girl hair care or if I should not be cowashing or wetting my hair daily either.
HulaMommy I would say it’s probably better to give your hair a few days without wetting it at all just to let it absorb its own oils! I don’t have curly hair though so if you find this way is working better for you then do what works best for you hair :)
longhairproblemsxo I feel that my hair is dry and fragile so I’m going to try that out. Thank you!
Do a asmr style video !
do you rinse your hair with no product everyday when you shower or just not rinse it at all?
I don't rinse at all :) I find that it dries my hair out more, but some people like to do it
i look ugly af with protective styles lol
other people can pull it off but i just look subhuman so i let my hair get tangled and then cry about it tbh
Once a week gang 🤙🏻✌🏻
Do you recommend Tresemme shampoo? I have many split ends 😢
Love yout glasses what brand are theessee❤
Thank you! They're from firmoo.com :)
OrganicallyAnna wow thankss❤
Heyyyy! I've come across statements like "if you keep your hair in layers, your hair tends to have more split ends, and it will NOT GROW FAST". Is this true?
Monica not necessarily, if you have layers in your hair you will have more ends that you have to trim, but if you’re taking care of your hair they won’t split any faster than blunt-cut hair. Unless you’re getting your layers cut with a razor, those tend to cause split ends/ the hair is more prone to split when it’s cut on an angle. Just talk to your stylist! :)
@@OrganicallyAnna ❤❤
My hair starts to shed if I stretch my washes for too long. I have pin-straight, fine, dense hair, and it will mat like a persian cat's fur if I don't use silicones, lol (I have stopped using sulfates as they are bad for the environment and have found sulfate-free shampoos that work for me). Not every haircare tip will work for everyone, lol. It took me a while to become aware of avoiding mechanical damage when protective styling, it's especially difficult on fine hair with fairytale ends.
it's just about finding what tips work best for you and your hair type! That's the fun part ;)
so how can you avoid mechanical damage from protective styling? what you describe sounds exactly like my hair and I'm having such a hard time finding a protective style that doesn't cause my hair to break.
and what shampoos/conditioners work best for you?
@@FaithG211 i tend to wear braids rather than buns, tie them with scrunchies only, and if i have to wear buns i'll use claw clips and try to make them really loose. Brushing it all the time will cause damage but i make sure to do it any time it's tangled. shampoo wise i can use cone-free non-moisturizing shampoos (i like the ogx teatree mint one lol), but coney conditioners on the length only
scalp health please
Man I really cannot wash my hair less often,in my house my mom has always said “el baño es todos Los Dias” which basically translates to “The shower is everyday” I have to shower everyday otherwise my hair will get oily. One time I didn’t shower for 4 days I don’t know why so now my scalp produces oil too quick
Your scalp get stressed out by washing it all the time which makes it produce more oil to prevent dryness, but usually it's the other way around if you wait a couple of days between shower it. It will only be oily in the beginning but when the scalp get used to not wash everyday it will stop produce the same amount of oil. I wash my hair 1-2 days a week 😊
Ok so I am on a swim team and I swim five days a week. I have to wash my hair everyday because of the chlorine. I don't wash my hair on weekends but my hair gets so dry, I use coconut oil on my hair and your channel has helped me so much. I am trying to grow out my hair but it is really hard because of how I swim everyday. How can I prevent my hair from getting dry so quickly?
Use oils
Like argan oil.. Not coconut. Coconut is best to put when your hair is damp
I am also a swimmer! I actually rinse my hair with water, add a mask in my hair and tie it in a bun before putting on my swim cap and entering the pool !
Which straightner does she use???
Rylee Matthew I don’t straighten my hair 😅
can you PLEASEEEE tell me that 100 hairs per day are normal ??????? whenever you comb your hairs how much hair fall u see? 20-30-40 or 100 like me...!!
100 is actually average. So you're super normal and there's no need to worry.
Layer haircut vlog please
I have a feeling you've been subscribed to the holistichabits channel :)
How do I get moisturized hair? Coconut oil doesn’t really work for me?. So what tips should I try
B&K 4EVER I have not, but thank you I will. Is there any certain type of olive oil?
Try extra virgin olive oil!
Blair Mîchal I use jojoba oil. It’s so much lighter than coconut oil
2nd 💖☺️...you're such an amazing person and your hair is so beautiful 😍
Serilda Dmello you’re so sweet! Thank you 💗
You're welcome gorgeous ❤️💖

Scalp health please

How many times you wash your hair in a week ?
How do you not get lice even though you wash your hair every 4 to 7 days only?
Lice live exclusively on blood, so whether you wash your hair daily or once per week, you have an equal chance of getting lice. They are also most commonly spread through head-to-head contact, and I never share brushes, hats, or other hair accessories with other people
I’m sorry I cannot not wash my hair every night ! I’m a competitive dancer and have dance for 9 hours a week. I have 4 hours of dance on Tuesday and 5 hours on Thursday ! And an hour and a half of gymnastics on Wednesday and go to skyzone every Friday
Do you recommend Pantene shampoo and conditioner for me? I'm trying to grow my hair as long as yours it's halfway down my back.. If not, then which shampoo and conditioner would you recommend for growing out your hair? That are drugstore, please.
Tbh she wouldn’t recommend those because they’re loaded with sulfates and silicones. I would try the not your mother’s natural line those have been working great for my thick and wavey hair and they don’t have sulfates or silicones (:
Pantene is probably the worst brand to use on your hair. I completely agree with the other person who answered your question.
I just want to add that shea moisture is a very good brand. I love the manuka honey shampoo and conditioner.
Don’t use Pantene if you want to grow out your hair!
I like your hair videos. A lot of other you tubers that do hair videos have extensions. Which makes no sense to me.
BeckyBirder thank you!
Can you believe how beautiful this girl is
I shower most off the time for fresh hair .... 😵 this is going to be so hard.
Me when I drink any type of coffee 😂
Love you
In winter I shower in the night so I actually need to use heat 😐
Dennise_ hair journey I always wash my hair at night, but I try to do it a few hours before I go to sleep so it has time to air dry
Oh ok thanks for the tip
You resemble the bollywood actress sonam kapoor lookwise . You also sound like her ☺
I'm a swimmer so I have to wash my hair every single day and I hate it :(
Seleynie :(( using a gentle shampoo/Hydrating conditioner and keeping up with masks 1-2 times a week can really help bring some moisture back into it!
