    My hair grew below my butt and it was getting really irritating i would sit on my hair or it would get stuck everywhere so i just chopped 3 inches off and i love how healthy my ends look now . BTW i use a scrub too . Mix pink himalayan salt with any oil of your choice with few drops of essential oil and your scrub is ready . Helps with dandruff buildup. Remember to be gentle 🌸

    I did the challenge with you! I haven’t had a haircut since the challenge started. I had growth of 3 inches. My hair was 28 inches before & 31 inches at the end of the challenge!!! I hope you do it again this winter! It was fun & really helped the condition of my hair!❤️

    This is embarrassing but I've dealt with smelly hair syndrome, when I was younger I suffered with dandruff and I believe it was candida, and I can't remember how my grandma dealt with it, bless her (she usually did oil massages and braided my hair). But I've recently found out that it's a common issue and some people have suffered with it life long! I can't wait to try this scalp exfoliation technique, I've heard of it before but I just brushed it off. I'm willing to try.

    Outfit and makeup was adorable. Buzz Lightyear and plaid, what a great combo. I use apple cider vinegar on my scalp now and then for deep cleansing and sloughing. I like that skinny brush method, and would like to try it one of these days. That would be fun to see what comes off.

    This video couldn’t have come at a better time. No joke, yesterday I had almost like a tension headache from a pimple on the top of my head! I assume it’s because I’ve FINALLY got used to only washing once a week. I’ll definitely be including this into my routine to keep my scalp clear. I might do it at the end of the inversion method week to get rid of the carrier oil build up! 😁
    Loving your videos and I’m taking on all of your advice. Month 3 of my growth journey. I have fine hair so I’ve always found it difficult to grow my hair out. I cut my hair 3 months ago to start fresh. I’ve checked my hair and I can’t find ANY split ends which is amazing for me. Thank you!!!!!

    My hair is in mid-thigh length and fine like yours. It gets tangled super easily and when it's windy outside it can get so tangled that it breaks off when I brush it (gently with a tangle teezer). So you're not alone😅 I think it's difficult to keep this length and continue growing the hair even longer. The ends break off easily and get thinner😢

      I always use spray conditioner or some oil before brushing/detangling, otherwise my hair would be destroyed now😂 The weird thing is that sometimes my hair gets split ends when I have it in a braid during sleeping! So annoying😧

    if you trimmed your hair every 3 months instead of every 6 months it would be healthier and you can get less trimmed and it would grow more, i don't believe your ends are like that because of "friction", you just need more frequent trims, 3 months is plenty long in-between trims if you are going to a hair stylist that respects you and cares for your hair

    • @OrganicallyAnna
      @OrganicallyAnna  5 років тому

      Uma Clark I used to get it trimmed every 3 months and every 6 months has worked better for me! My ends don’t start to feel split until the 6 month mark
