Yes for Tek hair brushes, mine has definitely improved my scalp and hair conditions, I am slightly obsessed with it. I also use scrunchies to tie my hair, mine is so fine I actually buy the kid stuff. I also noticed fine oils like macadamia or argan work better than heavier oils like coconut or castor to maintain my lengths.
I started using a wooden brush because of your suggestion, and I love it. I can really tell the difference, and it's really helping me extend my wash cycle. I have been washing my hair 1-2 times per week for years now, but I do get a lot of build up towards the end of my weeks, and the wooden brush is such a game changer! Thank you so much for your videos
I understand , well I am sorry about this comment , but it's just an honest advice I wanted to give to such an amazing content creater . Pls kindly do not take it in a wrong sense . 🙂
I know that what I'm suppose to say is how helpful your ideas are and how useful they are, But I can't hold back and not mention how relaxed I felt while I listened to you Speak, I can tell that you're not forcing it, you're a natural, this has convinced me to become a more chilled person!
You can just fill water and detergent in the blender and just blend away, and just rinse. Just a tip since you mentioned hating cleaning the blades. Love the video!
Hi Sarah! Love your channel and love all your awesome natural life hacks. Especially your healthy hair hacks, I’m a hairstylist and don’t really like mainstream products. I recommendations a lot of what I’ve learned from you to my clients, and they come back saying thank you. Your energy is bright and warm and you are very inspirational and knowledgeable. I wanted to thank you
I have very long hair, very similar to yours and these tips are definitely going to help me, especially the hair towel turban. I love your videos they are so helpful for hair!
Sarah!! I love this video, you have such a calming aura and vibe- I absolutely love that. Thank you, also, for the many helpful tips! I just have to say this: Please make a ASMR video, your voice is just perfect for it- totallyyyy relaxes me :)
Honestly love your videos so so much! They always remind me why I started UA-cam as well, as I remember watching your early one health related videos and being obsessed! New I wanted to do something similar but was way too scared for a while haha 💛 finally did it and it was one of the best things ive ever done! Anywaaaay long comment but basically just thank you for being a constant inspiration xx
Hi. I love Sarahs videos too. And I'm looking through yours and looks like a great channel so I have subscribed. I am getting into all the crystals and salt lamps. I love them. There so relaxing. ☺
Thank you for your wisdom, I've learned so much from referencing your channel and doing my best with what works for me. It's helped me to gain healthier self-confidence in my haircare routine and I am so grateful. I use to have fine, oily hair, that was unmanageable and didn't feel good because it was usually thin, greasy, and dry. After applying your suggestions I've managed to create a routine that works for me and now I have thicker, longer, healthier hair and it feels soo great! Thank you so much. You are a gem! 💙
Hi I'm Jen, I LOVE the topsy tail hack. I've been doing that for YEARS and I've only just started seeing other UA-cam's mention it. Trying to use pins to hold a wrap is so messy but the Topsy tail keeps it very clean. I always love your hair videos. Your voice is so peaceful and relaxing! Thanks for making another great one!
One of the facts, I love about your videos is that it doesn’t contain any unnecessary music or sound and is so peaceful and knowledgeable at the same time! May God Bless Your Heart.
EVER SINCE I STARTED TAKING CARE OF MY HAIR PROPERLY I HAVE HAIR LIKE YOU EVERYBODY IS ALWAYS COMPLEMENTING ME ON IT THANK YOU SO MUCH SARAH I LOVE YOU !!!!!! LOTS OF LOVE ❤❤❤❤❤
I'd like to take this moment to talk about how much I love my teletie hair ties (the coil ones). So one of the big appeals for me is that i can wear them around my wrist without cutting off my circulation and I like to fiddle with them. In fact they are so great for that that my boyfriend wears them on his wrists (cause he used to have long hair, but misses the feeling of hair ties around his wrist). They also feel so good on my hair, they're so easy to use, and they're very pretty. They're honestly so good, and I'm so thankful for the ones I have.
I found a TEK brush on Amazon and I freaking LOVE it. I had no idea how different a wooden bristle brush would be. There’s no dragging or pulling, it just slides through my hair and it doesn’t leave my hair flat like my boar bristle brush. Thank you!
Your videos are just so relaxing. I am watching them again after my WFH these days and it just instantly puts me in unwinding mode! Please make more and more and take care.
Water quality has a major impact on hair. For 15 years, I only washed my hair with our well water (which contained a lot of minerals and other properties). Even though I took extremely hot showers, my hair showed no sign of damage. After moving to another area where well water was unavailable and chemically treated water was our only option, I immediately noticed the change in my hair. I now have to use multiple products that were unnecessary before. I will definitely be giving the filter a try!
I love watching these kinds of videos, but at the same time it can be upsetting😔 I am 18 years old I have scarring alopecia. My body rejects the hair follicles on my scalp and damages them until the follicles are completely scarred over. As a kid I was so obsessed with trying to grow long but when I was 7 the majority of my hair fell out, but eventually grew back. I thought that was all behind me but unfortunately not. I was constantly having severe scalp pain, when I was 12 I would have doctors appointments and every doctor told me that it was “just allergies” and told me to take antihistamines. Finally in 2017 I was diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris. There is nothing I can do to stop my hair from falling out and nothing I can do to make it grow back. I just wish that I got to experience having long and full thick hair. Thankfully for me it has been slow progressing and I have been able to grow my hair long. Nobody can really see the damage caused from my alopecia, but I can feel it everyday, I can see it falling out more and more everyday. It is unbelievably painful, I’ve accepted that I will lose my hair, but I just wish I could do something for the pain.
Don't lose hope. Hair loss is usually a combination of things. I would focus on detoxing from heavy metals (vaccines), combating parasites, addressing dental problems (jawbone cavitations and amalgams) and getting circulation to the scalp. Make sure your iron level is in optimal range with a special focus on having enough ferritin. One thing that has been a game changer for me in my hair loss and scalp pain has been my doing self accupressure massage on the scalp over the edge of the bed so that my head is below the rest of my body. Really dig in with your fingertips everywhere on the scalp and focus on stimulating (I like to stroke) the nape and temple areas for a portion of time. Look into the Robert Cassar video on demadox mites and hair (borax is mentioned). I personally love peppermint oil for a sore scalp. You can oil your hair and then drop the peppermint essential oil directly on the hurt spots and it will relieve them. You can do this!
Bekycheppy : in Jesus name - God heal your scalp from alopecia - pour coconut oil into a bowl (50ml or more ) - add 2 teaspoon turmeric powder & stir in - add in 2-3 tablespoon of honey 🍯 & stir in - add in rosemary essential oil (7-10 drops).. - add in peppermint essential oil (3-5 drops) Stir until mixture is like a liquid hair paste texture. OH My Goodness I am a 67 yr old with a lot of Health problems .I have colored my hair for a long time. Now I am going grey I thought I would embrace that. So I had my hair cut really short so now I thought I would learn more. Of hair care I was so amazed by you video There was so much I never knew. I watch your ,s for the first time . I loved your presentation and information of your products . I loved your lovely soft spoken voice you are Lovely Thank You . BLESS YOU.
You could make a hair video every single day and I’d never get bored because you have the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen. All I want are tips on how to attempt having such healthy hair. Maybe someday.
Hello - yes I always used banana and avocado! the past year I haven't been giving my hair the time or love I used to and am just so happy to be getting back into it! I fully agree about the blender and trying to clean between the blades! - recently bought a hand stick blender for this reason so funny I should see it here in your video! Thank you for the other tips - do prefer the natural hair methods, modern life is so full of additives I like the ritual of self care and peaceful time for hair I think it's very powerful. Hope your well. thankyou for your uploads!
Loved these tips thank you so much! Trying to grow my hair out so I'll be using some of these! Also, would love to see a video on makeup details for this exact look - stunning!!!
THANK YOU! Please never leave I love all your videos SO MUCH. I've learned so much and they've inspired me on many of my own videos. You are a gift! ❤️
THANK YOU! the shower filter hack is the best thing EVERRRR. I had really bad dandruff and once I got a shower filter I never have huge problem with my dandruff. Thank you so much.
Love yaaaa Sarah, that was super relaxing and soothing. I guess you should do a hair brushing asmr video using a wooden brush. Who else would love her to do an ASMR video? ❤️❤️
Till 2010 I was proud to be Indian. Now I am ready to immigrate to America. I will be in touch with this channel via my smartphone & Sim. So keep up the good work. I do love this channel & have been watching since a long time - 5 years totally.
I have type 4c, actually "type alphabet" hair and our worlds are completely different. I still enjoy seeing how fine haired girls treat their hair, It's beautiful as well. God bless you in Yashua's name.
I really love your videos! This is a weird request, but I would love it if you did a video about your mom. You did a video at her house a while ago and she seems like she has the type of home I wish to create...with a garden, fermenting kombucha, etc. PLUS, she raised you and I am a mom and really want to raise my girls in a way your mom did, because you turned out to be so wonderful! I need to know all her secrets. HAHA! :) Lots of love from Texas.
For the towel one I tie it my own way which doesn’t hurt my neck and make my hair really glossy My shower already had a build in shower filter xD I use a wooden comb it is the same basically I guess...?
I have the hardest time getting my hair to grow. I do hair masks and use natural products! I have no clue why it grows so slow!!😫 but that's ok. Thanks for your video was missing them😀👍🏻💖 God bless you
We have the same name! That’s so awesome! I love your videos so much and they’re helping me in the process of growing my hair back out after I completely shaved it off 6 months ago!
Marsella D. Fyngold I have a boar bristle brush too. I’d love to hear her opinion if she has ever used one or her thoughts on them in general as Sarah usually does a lot of research before buying.
Julia Kuczma sorry but you’re wrong. I’ve had the thickest hair ever since I was born but due to poor care, I’ve shed my hair and it’s thinner that it was before.
@@ami9486 I think it's generally easier to go from thick hair to thin and damaged due to styling, poor diet, hormonal or other health issues, than to go from thin and damaged to thick and healthy only by applying oils or using expensive brushes. Let's be real, the amount of people who have hair like her is very small, and it is not solely because they use good quality hair products.
@@juliakuczma5913 My family is kinda known for thin hair, no one has ever had that 'nice' thick hair everyone wants, but o was really determined to get nicer hair after chopping it all off and dyeing it for years. Just doing a weekly hair mask and washing my hair every other day MASSIVELY improved mt hair. I grew 3-4 inches in 3 months which is actually a lot. I let go of my habits and my hair doesn't look nearly as healthy. It's thinned down and it's dry amd greasy. Why do you think black women are do involved in natural hair? Taking care of your hair and giving it moisture will make your hair gorgeous.
Above all, this girl is telling, has some point BUT ..... I think the main tip for having healthy-ish anything, is : 1. NO STRESS 2. Do what you are good at ( or love ) 3. Take time for yourself 4. May God make your bank account full so you can share the love on youtube, and all 4 previous. You are welcome, have a good day, people.
Hi, I really love your hair. Actually i just find your youtube channel yesterday, and then i was suddenly falling in love with your hair because it's so long and healthy. Can you please share or make a video about your haicare routine and what products did you use ? I'm really curious about it. Thanks ;)

I would personally never use avocado for a hair mask. Have you seen the price of avocados?!!! 😅
Smiley S I’m sure it’s cheaper than the price of a hair masque
Are they expensive in your country (USA maybe) because I live in Jamaica and they're quite cheap
They cheap here.

You could make a hair video every single day and I’d never get bored because you have the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen. All I want are tips on how to attempt having such healthy hair. Maybe someday.
"trim your own split ends"
i'm going to be here all day, oof
Hello - yes I always used banana and avocado! the past year I haven't been giving my hair the time or love I used to and am just so happy to be getting back into it! I fully agree about the blender and trying to clean between the blades! - recently bought a hand stick blender for this reason so funny I should see it here in your video!
Thank you for the other tips - do prefer the natural hair methods, modern life is so full of additives I like the ritual of self care and peaceful time for hair I think it's very powerful. Hope your well. thankyou for your uploads!
Feeling sleepy after watching this video... Any one?
I love her smile throughout the entire video
Loved these tips thank you so much! Trying to grow my hair out so I'll be using some of these! Also, would love to see a video on makeup details for this exact look - stunning!!!

Love yaaaa Sarah, that was super relaxing and soothing. I guess you should do a hair brushing asmr video using a wooden brush. Who else would love her to do an ASMR video? ❤️❤️

her voice ❤️❤️❤️ so calm 😔🥺🥺❤️❤️
I have type 4c, actually "type alphabet" hair and our worlds are completely different. I still enjoy seeing how fine haired girls treat their hair, It's beautiful as well. God bless you in Yashua's name.
I wouldn’t say her hair is fine, it looks really thick!
random person I think she meant like fine as in straight... as opposed to tighter, kinky hair.
Either the color you have on or the makeup you have or the way your hair is styled in this video you look so vibrant
You are so sweet! Thank you! 💓😊
Yay! I missed you
I really love your videos!
For the towel one I tie it my own way which doesn’t hurt my neck and make my hair really glossy
My shower already had a build in shower filter xD
I use a wooden comb it is the same basically I guess...?
Your videos are relaxing therapy🙌
Pls be regular. Would love to see you often in UA-cam
your voice is SO calming, and watching your videos literally helps me calm so much!
*thank you!* 💞🌟
I have the hardest time getting my hair to grow. I do hair masks and use natural products! I have no clue why it grows so slow!!😫 but that's ok. Thanks for your video was missing them😀👍🏻💖 God bless you
Her voice is SO relaxing!
Thank god I am not the only one who calls it “hair towel” I thought I was weird 😂😂😂
Sarah u have now idea how much I love your voice

I have been using your videos/voice to put me sleep now for a long time

This is basically a ASMR video :)
I love your Chanel. Your videos are all beautiful and you know a lot about natural hair and skin care. Thank you!
Will there be anther Audrey Rose video from the last time you and Seester Ashley went jewelry shopping? I LOVE those videos.
We have the same name! That’s so awesome! I love your videos so much and they’re helping me in the process of growing my hair back out after I completely shaved it off 6 months ago!

Wooden bristles vs. Boar bristle brushes for cleaning and redistributing your natural oils down your hair: thoughts?
Marsella D. Fyngold I have a boar bristle brush too. I’d love to hear her opinion if she has ever used one or her thoughts on them in general as Sarah usually does a lot of research before buying.
LOVE YOU! Thanks for always having my back with your tips and advice! Love you for sharing it with us ♡♡♡
I'll tell you how you can get hair like this. You ready?... GENETICS.
Taking care of your hair and giving it moisture will make your hair gorgeous.
hm if u see her older videos her hair is much thinner...idk how that works tho
Not true. I always had thin hair. but since i follow her tips and really care for my hair it becomes really thick and long
this blender idea is gnne change my life, i already know it
Above all, this girl is telling, has some point BUT .....
I think the main tip for having healthy-ish anything, is :
1. NO STRESS
2. Do what you are good at ( or love )
3. Take time for yourself
Thanks ;)
