Yo’ nice diy keep it up. Do you think putting a manual shift booth to delete the PRND bezel trim so it looks like a manual but what about those lights? You think can be hidden or do you need to have it plugged in? in order for it to work with the new shift knob
I did that to my car but the shifter wiggles and its really annoying. Should i use bit of glue or what?

Hello! I bought that lever but I could not place it because it does not bring the rubber that makes soup to make it rigid. when I hit it to make it firm, it doesn't hold on. greetings!

Can you put the car in park with botton at the top, or do you have to press the button on the side and pou it all the way forward
Hi Blaz you have to push it all the forward to engage the park. The top button does not work to park.
@@olaf2046 thank you...but do you thing there is some way to make the top button work like with coding? Probably the only way is to change the transmission from f series right?

Hey man, I know that bimmian says their led shifters won’t illuminate with XDrive models. Do you know of any illuminated shifters for an e90 328xi? Looking to spend no more than $150. Also, if the shifter illuminates, can u just delete the baseplate and use a manual boot? Thanks.
Timothywasho yes to all your questions. The bimmian and other racing dash shift knobs will work with xDrive and xi cars. My car is a 335xi xDrive and the shifter illuminates and works perfectly. To delete the baseplate you only need to unscrew the prnd m/s -+ harness (that is the blue triangle thing with three screws you see at the 7:30 point in the video) and keep it under your manual boot. You can tuck the wires away like I did in this video to keep everything clear of the shifter assembly moving parts.

Hey Hussain. I got it on eBay. It was parted out from a 2011 Z4 E89 BMW. I lucked out to get one with the airbag as well.

Wellington Lacorte yes it is. 100% compatible with a 2007 320i. If you are in Europe or have your steering wheel o. The right side of your BMW then you must get the RHD version.

My P also lights up even if you lock the car. And I think the LED Brightness doesnt match up with the rest of the car.

yes it will work on your 335i e92 coupe. eBay is the best place to get the best prices. Try to buy from a USA based seller.
