Coming from an AMG guy, this is a great video! It may not all be mods to the car, but these little touches here and there can go a long way. Especially the little details on the tire valves, or the illuminating reverse light which helps to get a better view at night. If you have an M car, u deserve to do anything with it, whether it being pushing it like how it’s supposed to be driven or adding M logos every angle to the car. You work hard for it, it’s your car, so do whatever u want to it. These little bits personally for me are pretty cool!

Well if you do you will need the correct LED bulbs for the reversing lights. The ones shown are not. Compare the fittings of the 2 types of bulb shown.

I purchased a used 528i with aluminum valve caps and it corroded to the valve. I ended up replacing the air valves on all the wheels and reattaching the TPMS sensors. Pain in the butt job. Use plastic caps only.
Just lubricate threads, don't fit them dry.
@@tony5006 Why bother? when you can just put on regular plastic caps and not worry about them. How many people will remember to lubricate valve caps?

I love these suggestions, but DON'T BUY the aluminum tire valve caps! I live in Chicago, so maybe it was the snow and salt, but mine rusted to the valve stem and had to be cut off! In less than a year.

To stop your tyre valves from welding use Copper Grease
Guys be so careful with valve caps , they get rust in time and can make a big problem to remove them later .

Lol yeah, cones don't do shit. Only performance ones can get like 5hp if you're lucky but it's negligible. Stock intakes are just fineeee

Hi, its more gunk rather than water, it does not freeze nor have chance to freeze as engine compartment gets hot pretty quick.

Metal valve caps will cost you the price of new valves for each one you fit. They heat and cool, eventually welding themselves onto the thread, and they will NOT come off.

To stop them welding use copper grease
I don’t get it...??? I have exactly the same BMW (520d F10) and I have had the same metal valve caps on it for almost 5 years and they come off just as easy as the first day I put them on! So whoever told you they “weld” themselves to the value is talking crap IMO.
Valve caps have a 99.4 % chance to get stolen inside first 7 days. xD

You need to cut out current tips and replace them with new double ones, and adjust difuser

You need to buy can-bus (error free) LEDs as the resistance is slightly different on standard bulbs and will throw up an error on your dash

Orange reflectors are required in all of Canada and US. In Europe, not required. I been dicing it myself by disabling the orange side marker lights with Carly to emulate a true European car

be careful with the valve caps they corode ion the valve thread use copper slip.

never use the wheel caps as they infuse with the metal on the valve and are hard to open. it happed to me and I had to cut the valves and had to replace them to inflate the tyres.

Disregarding oil catch can this video is more like top 10 things not to do to your BMW. In my country most of these mods are what only people of russian ethnicity would do to their cars. Dont really get it. Keep your car clean, polished, waxed and well maintained and just enjoy it. Dont add any cheap crap to it. Spend that money in a detailing shop.
Fair enough, if you don't like it don't put any of those on your car. But let decide others what they want to put on their cars if they like it or not. Its their cars, they can put pink lips all arount and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm fascinated how everybody has tendency to tell others what to do.

How did you install the push start button?
Remove black center cap from the old one and slide new one over the old one, new one will come with instructions but main idea is not to remove or dissasemble the old one.
MeNameTallis for my f30, the red button came with clay. You put the clay on the old button, let it connect, then pull towards you fast and hard. Aline the new one, and pop it back into place.
